I bought a bedroom set from Badcock on 12/14/I noticed in February that the inside of the footboard has a large crack in the wood I called badcock they said I have a year warranty and they would be happy to come out and see the crack in the footboard "Amanda said the man who does access complaints is only in cape Coral one day a month and she would call me at the end of February with date for March she called said March 14th but this is where the problem begins they refuse to give me a time or window of tie he will be coming "just I have to wait for him to call on the morning of the 14th" So this means I have to miss a whole day of work to wait for them to call I think this policy is unfair as I do not get paid if I am not at workI spoke to Amanda again today and explained that just taking the day off was not an option for me and Amanda who was very nice said well that's the only option or maybe I could give a friend keys and have them sit and wait really '???
