Hole in my floor
Badcocks was delerivring our floor and put a hole in it and now the owner is giving us the run around and I guess don't want to pay for it also told my wife that if was not installed properly and it was sent him the papers saying it don't have to be glued down our floor is also dented where they drug the stuff around

On or around the end of May or beginning June I ordered a bedroom group from Badcock Furniture & More
Around May 23rd, I ordered a Bedroom group from Badcock Furniture and it was was delivered on or around the 26th of May When the delivery team got there and started taking merchandise out the box 95% of the stuff was damaged, but we were unaware until the team put the bedroom group together My Headboard, Footboard, Dresser Mirror, Left side bed frame all was damaged and it is shown on the paperwork signed by myself and the delivery team I asked the delivery team what to do I was instructed to keep the damaged set until the new one was ordered, I said "ok"Therefore; the second delivery came on or around the 1st week of June and the Mirror was put onto the dresser the headboard, footboard and leftside frame was switched out, but I could not be there for the second delivery When I got home from work I inspected the 2nd new replacement bedroom group and noticed th

I went into the new Badcock in Laurens SC on 11-26-they were having a black Friday SalePicked out a new sectional the sales girl was greatAfter all paperwork was signed I was informed it was not in stock and I would have to wait until Dec thru at the latest the 6th for deliveryOn the 8th I called to find out why I had not received my furniture, was told then it is on back order until the 16thI ask don't y'all think you should have called me? There reply was oh we thought someone didOn the 15th I received a call the sectional was in but was damaged, but they would delivery it and order a new pieceI was in the area stopped by the store to check out the damage, and discuss the fact that I did not want to be stuck with broke merchandiseI ask to speak with the manager who avoided me and only spoke to sales agent and walked awayI was assured the new piece would be out and given the approximate dateI was told they would deliver the next dayWhen I explained I have to work and wanted delivery on Saturday the delivery guy thru a fit, but I insisted and was told they would call to set up appointmentI never received the call, on Saturday morning at around am I called to ask about delivery and was told he should be there any minuteI placed a compliant call to their toll free number I found online and before I could hang up he pulled in the yard no warning or anything(what happened to setting an appointment time?) so finally it is delivered with the promise of the replacement being on order(the damage is to the wood in the back of reclining sectional, and can not be seen.) so few weeks later I get a call the new piece is in so we set up deliveryI was working so had someone meet them, this was right before ChristmasI get home that evening to find of the recliners will not fold inI immediately call the store and was told they would have someone get in touch with me about fixing or swapping it outI have called more times to be given excuses every time, noone will return my callsNow my payment was due on the 13th so I will see how long it takes them to call me backalmost $for a sectional and they will not fix what was broken when delivered!!!!

I am an existing customer with Badcock and I recently went in and purchased a washerIt was to be delivered and I was given a delivery time of 1pm-5pmThe driver came at 12:25pm, without notice he was coming early, and I was not available because I expecting him at 1pm earliestHe knocked but I didn't hear him so he left a nasty message on my phoneI called him back mins later and apologized that I didn't hear him because I wasn't expecting him that earlyHe told me that he had moved on to the next delivery, which was understandable, and said I wasn't getting my washer because he was taking it back to the storeHe was extremely rude and hateful during the callI called the store and spoke to a sales associate and explained what happened and she was very rude to me also and told me I wasn't getting the washerThe guy that sold me the washer was very nice but these two were so rude and disrespectful, I will never shop with them againI spent years as a manager in retail and you do not treat customers this way!

I am complaining about Badcock who has reported to the collection bureaus that I was late times on payments
I called Badcock customer service today to inquiry about the reporting of late payments to the collection agencies I was told that they go by their bill cycle date, not the due date, for when a payment is received and if it is paid days past the billing cycle date then it is late I advised them that my statement shows my payment due date is on the 5th of every month and I always make my full monthly payment within of that date I explained to the rep on the phone that if they went by the billing cycle date, then by the time I received my statement by mail, I would already by days late, which makes no sense to me I reviewed by billing statement and no where on there does it state that they go by the billing cycle date, not the due date posted on the statement

Warranty was not honored as contracted
