Badcock sold me a defective product and are refusing to replace the product even though they don't have the parts available to effect a timely repair

I placed an order originally inside this store for a sectional living room suit, lamps and end tables on 9/29/When the order arrived 10/7/originally, part of the sectional was missing so I had the furniture returned, went to the store the same day to have that issue resolved and due to the sales rep giving me the wrong price I ended up having to pay more money before the living room suit could be delivered and was given a 10% off discountSo now after this I was told I had to wait a week before the couch could be delivered on 10/14/and I agreedThe furniture was delivered & sat in the garage still wrapped per my request due to still getting things together in my homeI was able to unwrap the furniture piece by piece & bring it in accordingly, when I got to the couch to unwrap it still in the garage where it was placed by the deliverers I noticed that the arm of the couch material was ripped and inside the boards and other parts of the inside structure were also broken so I

I purchased a living room set from Badcock Furniture on 2/14/and paid to have it delivered on 2/16/When the furniture arrived on 2/16/18, only half of the furniture was deliveredI was never contacted or notified that the loveseat recliner would not be deliveredThe delivery driver called the warehouse and was told that this piece of furniture was on back order and I would not receive it until sometime after 3/15/(Over a MONTH Later)
I contacted the store and spoke to the manager who had no clue since no communication was made by the warehouse to themShe then had one of her sales employees call me back to explain that they do not have a date to give me as to when I will get the loveseat
I then called their customer service who opened a case with the ***They explained that the probable reason was that the loveseat was damaged and had to be reordered
I paid $for deliverySo far the only thing done for me is a $refund of the delivery fee and nothing

Our sofa and loveseat are both sagging in the middle We asked for evaluation/ repair and/ or replacement under warranty

After less than months of ownership, our new loveseat and sofa are sagging in the middle, making them very uncomfortable We called our local store for a warranty service call on 2/24/ I told the service rep that I believed the sagging was due to lack of frame support and the rep said all they could do was order new cushions to see if that helped I checked with the store for expected delivery and was informed 8-weeks
I've stopped in the store and called several times and had to deal with a very arrogant and belligerent manager who said that the cushions shipped 3/and they would call me when they arrived She stated they've never had a problem with this product and her attitude implied we
