I purchased a living room set from Badcock furniture in September The Furniture set has electrical recliners in the chair, the love seat and the sofa has reclining seat, one on each end I had the furniture less than hours and the right side recliner would not work on the couch(I purchased the warranty at the time of purchase and was told that was a good thing by one of the sales people because they would replace an item if he could not be fixed or if it go holes in it etc.) I called Badcock and they came the next week to look at it they fixed the couch and went on their way The next day it would not work again The same right hand side of the sofaSo I called them again and they said well it must have a short in it We only have someone who can fix it on certain days of the month and he can't come for two weeks I wasn't happy with it but I said ok I figured since I had the warranty on the sofa they would fix it or give me a new one So he looked at it jiggl

The experience I had with Badcock Home Furniture was a good oneNot only did the items I ordered come early, but they delivered them right on schedule, tooMy only complaint was a $delivery fee for items totaling nearly $ After a couple of hundred dollars, most places deliver free within milesI was shocked to have to pay a fee at all, let alone such a high fee for delivery
