incorrect Billing and rude customer services issues

I called Badcock corporate office on July 31, 2018, to tell them I was having issues with one of their branches located in Florida atNW Federal HWY Stuart, Fl about my billHowever only to have one of the corporate complaint representatives to spiteful and bluntly hang up the phone on me while I was trying to explain to her the situationI was two weeks late on a payment and they sent a truck to repo my furniture with repo papers and I asked was this normalNevertheless when I called the woman whom I spoke with,''she said the card I paid with was fraudulentThat's when I reminded her I was 2wks late and I didn't make a payment this monthAnd, I was calling about my billing statement being incorrect and the repo situationHowever, I been using the same billing card with this company for yearsAnd the payment with through last month on 6/20/but they are saying it did not go and I owe for this month and last

Badcock placed a lien on my house in errorI want it removed
I paid my account in full in and Badcock verified thisWhile attempting to refinance my house, a lien from Badcock was found for $against my propertyThis was in error and needs to be removed

My table got a spot on it was tod by manager that it had a warranty.They did not fixed my table and they brought it back with scratches all over it
I purchased a table in January The manager of the store sold me a Donovan Dining Table, the table cost $along with the four chairs it came to a total over $ Last week I noticed a spot on the table and I do not know how it got thereI discovered it when I cleaned the tableI removed the placemats and there was the spot I was highly upsetI called the store and the manager told me I may have put something hot on there She proceeded to tell me that it was under warranty and could be painted I took the table to the storeOn Tuesday the repair man came out to fix the table, but he stated it was not covered under warranty They called me to tell me that it was not covered under warrantyI instantly got upset because the manager said it was covered under warrantyI told the young lady that was not what the manager

I purchased a Samsung washer on 8/26/I called badcock because it wasn't washing my clothesI was given the hotline for Samsung 800-726-and was told to call themIt took me months to get someone to come look at itSamsung said the warranty expired on 8/31/even though I just purchased it days priorI have had repairman out to fix my washer and still have the same issueThe last guy said his superior had to say that it was not repairable in order to replace itSamsung has been giving me the run around now for almost a yearI still have to go to the laundromat if I want my clothes cleanWhen I spoke to the sales people at badcock, all I get told is it's Samsung's problem and they need to fix itWhat happened to customer service? I'm paying for a washer machine that does not clean my clothes and no one cares that the products they sell don't work!! For what I am paying for this washer, I would really appreciate it if it worked right!!

Badcock tells consumers warranties exist however does not have written warranties to provide/referencePamphlet handed out states it is not warranty
On July 2016, I purchased a mattress from Badcock store number in Warner Robins, Ga The sales person stated that the mattress had a year warranty, however after completing the purchase, failed to deliver a copy of the warranty I contacted the customer service line on July in the evening and was told to return to the store where they could provide this to me On July, I returned to the store to get a copy of the warranty terms & conditions, however none of the sales people had ever heard of anything like that after "years of working there" I returned home and contacted the corporate office via phone and spoke with Amber who stated the company does not provide a copy of the warranty terms and conditions to customers and that it is in their "magazine" at corporate I asked for a copy and Amber failed to provide one

Mattress
I purchased a Serta Mattress set from them in 2012, the mattress is a pillow top and it has two permenent dents where my Husband and I layYou cannot roll over as there is a huge hump in the middle of the bedI am and have had back surgery which did not go well and also have nerve damageI cannot sit up to get out of bed I have to hold on to dresser and roll outI talked with them they said it has to be certain inch'sI called Serta and there is a ten year warranty on my mattressThe guy that came to look at it told me to put towels between mattress's to raise itI'm on disability

I bought a mattress and box spring from badcocks on 9-1-.they deliver it in the afternoon on9-5-when the delivery men show up with it the plastic wrap for both was torned and had been stapled together the delivery man said the bed was dirty and they would leave it here and order another one and would deliver the new one when it comes in ...we did not sleep on it Wednesday because I was at my moms and spent the night there with her return home late Thursday and slept in the bed thursday night until 1a.mwas woke up to scratching turn the light on and found black bugs in my bed ...look it up on the internet and found out they were BED BUGS .call badcocks and talk tothe lady name Beth and she was very rude told me they could not do anything about it .for me to call the 800# I did talk with a lady name juanita at the 800#she call badcocks in Palatka Fla and call me back and said they would be out tomorrow saturday .to get the bed and bring me a new one .I told her t

My son bought a bedroom suite from Badcock in Laurens SCHe had the bed about 4-months & the platform part of the bed broke along with the headboardHe called the office to send someone out to repair itsomeone came out but nothing was doneHe called back to the office & to the claims dept & was advised there was nothing they can do because they claim it was due to abuseI am highly upset because my son is only & trying to establish creditThis was his first purchase & this is the outcomeI feel that he should be accommodated with a new bed or the one he has needs to be repairedI don't like they way this was handled because who makes a purchase to tear it up & has to make monthly paymentsThat doesn't make any senseI really don't like the way he was treated with this establishment & first impressions do stickI will advise all of my friends & family not to make a purchase with this establishment due to poor service

Bought a new bed set and appliances with Babcock in griffinI've had nothing but issues with products and installation of products since the deliver
My fiancé and I decided one day to upgrade some of our furniture and appliances and went to our local badcock store to do our shoppingWe purchased Maytag washer and dryer, king size bed frame and mattress, and matching nightstand and drawersWe also paid extra to have them delivered and installedThe total came up to $give or takeEverything we purchased was delivered and installed the next week as promisedBefore we washed our first load of laundry I decided to inspect the installation and found that the washer drain wasn't attached at allI reattached drain and decided not to let badcock know about this issue because it was a simple mistakeHowever a week later our mattress we purchased began to lump up and became difficult to sleep onWe called badcock and they sent out an inspector to figure out what needed to be done

staff was friendly, polite and very helpful, knowledgeable and answered all my question

Billing for product in error
I went to this location to purchase a stove on March 21st I changed my mind so the order was canceledI went back to the location on May 27th to finally order the productI found out months later I'm being billed for the stove I cancelled on March 21stI contacted the location kept being promised that the store manager Mark will call me backOn May I received a call from Mark from his personal cellphone and stated he was outside my home he need to come look at the stoveI wasn't home at the time but a family member was there to let him insideI called the store still no response to have this item taken off of my accountI was patient with this company it's not fair to billed for a stove

Delivery drivers messed up my driveway
When they delivered my furniture I paid for they back the boxed truck in and took chunks of my driveway out when a truck can't back into itThen they also scratched my hardwood floor moving the new dresserI want my money to fix all of this a total of $the district manager isn't helping in this issueI would hate to file at small claims if this isn't handled

My wife and I love visiting the store The staff are always so helpful

technician's photographs of his findings in your attic. I want to add also Ultimate Comfort has serviced your residence since 2013-present with a total four visits. This last visit on 02/03/2016, I have also attached the evaluation you filled out (hand written) "Please let us know your thoughts" about our service; you valued our service and technician at "excellent". You also fill out how likely are you to use our service again? you valued at the highest to use Ultimate comfort again.  Ultimate Comfort technicians are trained daily on How to treat customers and their property with the highest respect. which on 02/03/2016 Ultimate Comfort technician did his job and explain using his best verbiage and physically showed you his findings. If there was a misunderstanding or misinterpretation and you need a second option and/or way of explaining we can provide one for you. The "holes" in your ductwork was explained to you that a possible animal/rodent had made these, based on the picture this seems extremely accurate. Ultimate Comfort will not sabotage and/damage a customers property for ones gain. Ultimate has polices against this matter and this would be grounds for termination.  Ultimate Comfort is a honest company and our technicians are trained to be upfront with pricing and repairs. This response is to DISPUTE the above mentioned complaint from [redacted]. [redacted] patio was completed as agreed in the Fall of 2014. He complained there were drainage issues with the patio and sloping pavers. He also claimed the job was left...

unfinished. The agreement between both [redacted] and Allscape  was the unfinished items that were mentioned, sealant and additional sand when other pavers had settled over winter, were not able to be completed until Spring of 2015 when the weather got warmer. For which, [redacted] kept $2,000 of the amount due and agreed to pay Allscape the remaining $2,000 of the contract when the weather cleared in the spring and the finishing touches were completed. Keith from Allscape contacted [redacted] in March 2015 to take care of any items that needed finished and at that point, [redacted] chose for us to wait for things to dry out, and [redacted] said he would call us when ready. In Keith’s professional opinion, it was plenty dry in March to complete the final work on [redacted] patio. However, when [redacted] finally responded back in May, it was in the busy season and Allscape was several weeks/months in the future on scheduling work. [redacted] also claimed that none of his phone calls or emails were returned. Keith S[redacted], owner, and a representative from Allscape showed up at [redacted] property on August 5th of this year to respond to [redacted] warranty claims and address any issues. At that time, Keith was told by [redacted] wife to leave the property and not to touch anything, as they had already hired someone else. In conclusion, [redacted] did not pay for the work that he claimed was “unfinished” by Keith, as [redacted] was still holding $2,000 back from the agreed contract price for Allscape. [redacted] tampered with the patio by removing and digging out pavers after completion by Allscape, and therefore, jeopardizing the integrity of the work Allscape had done in the Fall. This created and caused further issues with the drainage of the patio. There were some minor drainage issues that Allscape had planned on repairing in March in a matter of an hour or so from start to completion, but [redacted] was not ready at that time and told Keith to wait. [redacted] dug up pavers from the patio exposing dirt underneath the pavers causing substantial moisture to fall below the patio with the large amounts of rain received over the summer 2015 causing much further damage. As can be seen, if [redacted] would have allowed Keith to come back to the patio in March, like Keith offered, none of this would have taken place. Keith would have poured some more sand, corrected some of the settling pavers, and sealed the patio. However, [redacted] would have also, at that time, had to pay Keith the remaining $2,000 of the contract, which Keith never was able to receive. Please see all attached emails documenting the above recollection of events. Once again, when Keith showed up with his crew as planned in the last two emails below, he was told to leave the property. Keith even left pavers with the homeowner that Keith had planned on using for the repairs as the homeowners stated they were going to ‘fix it themselves’. We got a complete kind set from Badcock in the McDonough store ,first it was very hard they told us to sleep on it a few week ,we did .Then as time went on it began to bunch up in the center ,after going around and around about the bed they said they would replace it ...as it went on it didn't come in ,then it was damaged on the truck .NOW 3 WEEKS LATER ,ITS HERE ...LETS HOPE THIS DON'T HAPPEN AGAIN , AND YES I PUT IN A REPORT OF IT TO SERTA !!! SO IT IS ON FILE WITH THEM ...NEVER WILL WE BUY AGAIN FROM THEM !!!!
