Wanted to return some thing that I purchased from them but they would never respond to any of my emails, just another fly-by-night scammy company selling crap from China that doesn’t work. Never again… beware! if I could give less than one star I would. I would like my $25 back!

they are very hard on returns. their items especially technical are not working they are from china.. just another Chinese toy. the shipping takes a long time. I will not buy from them anymore.

I'm 20 weeks pregnant and wanted to order a fetal Doppler. I ordered off Vortech on August 19th, 2020. I paid $44.92

A week later I haven't received a tracking number or anything concerning my order.

Item purchased & paid, order confirmed, tracking# not provided, item never received, no response to emails and PayPal claim.
On 6/10 or 6/11/2020 a binocular was ordered from an alleged US seller on the site titled balmahome.com in the amount of $54.96 (incl. S&H). While an order confirmation was received on 6/11 at 4:31 AM, tracking number was never provided. On 8/4 at 3:48 PM I sent a follow-up email asking for the item. Never received a reply. On 8/7 filed a claim with PayPal (PP), where the seller had a chance to respond until 8/20. Response was never received. On 8/25 I escalated the case the PP. Currently waiting on the decision.

I ordered three sets of female undergarments the first week of the pandemic May March 16th I never received them ever it is now August 24th

We ordered a portable AC unit. It took months to receive it and only after I messaged them complaining. Then when it got here it wasn't even the thing I ordered. I've messaged them numerous times and am getting no response.

Horrible, placed order June 6, 2020, have never received it, sent emails they responded to, sent me tracking information that said "unknown ", sent 2 other emails asking for refund, no reply!!!!

Bad company! I had to contact them MONTHS after placing my order for them to actually send it. Then when it finally came, it was the wrong thing!! Now customer service is ignoring my emails. I will never order anything from them again and I've informed everyone I know to never order from them either.

August 15 Balmahome was paid for my order. Now I need to know when my order is to be shipped. They emailed me that they received my order but they do not answer the phone or emails. I think they are a scam. No shipping date

I ordered back in April 2020 and never received my order to date. The charge hit my CC in May 2020. I had some email communication but no resolution
I ordered a bug detecting device about April 25th 2020. I emailed them a few times and their response was an apology for the delay. shipping delays..etc I think I tried calling also. I'm going back through to see if I can at least find my emails to them. The last time I emailed them maybe in May or early June I never heard back. I went back through my CC statements and found the CC info 4/25 29.92 #XXXXXXXXXX TX is all it says . I didn't keep detailed notes on this order as I never expected this to happen. I changed that practice for anything ordered on the internet now until I actually have my product.

Wish there was half a star.

Product took six weeks to get to me (fulfillment for U.S.A. deliveries is from China) No warning before sale regarding that. Once it arrived, product does not do what it says and is rendered useless for me. Contacted Balma and it took a week to hear back. Said no refunds or returns unless damaged. Will NEVER use the company again and will seize every opportunity to tell my story so others are not robbed as I was. And the Feds are going after Tik Tok?

Do No Trust. They send you tracking number. One day shows to be sent usps, then the next day not a valid shipping. usps doesn't seem to be a USPS tracking number. Called bank and canceled this. Shows to be in Dallas Texas . Then charged through China. BUYER BEWARE

Ordered product. Got charged & receipt of cf. Never received product. Called #, only answering machine who never returned my calls & no email returned
Purchased product 05JUL. Was charged and got receipt of confirmation. Never received product. Called number countless times but only answering machine. Left countless, unreturned messages. Seems to be only one employee, Jess who never responds. Sent emails with my confirmation receipt, advised I would contact Revdex.com and still nothing. Total FRAUD Business.

No way to contact -phone number doesn't work - when requesting a password there is no response.

Complaint - no way to contact company by phone email or text. Website didn't say when delivery could be expected, such as; 4-6 weeks. After reading the company reviews on delivery I am more than a little concerned.

I ordered a stuffed elephant as a gift for my granddaughter on 6/18/20. To date , I have not received the merchandise.

Do not fall for their scams! I did and I am out on over $100 for two Xbox headsets. I've tried calling their phone number but it says "call rejected" can't contact anyone! It's been over two months now!! AGAIN DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM.

Seller has stolen my money. Product was purchased and never received. Seller says they "shipped" it, and provides bogus tracking number, but they simply stole my money and never shipped the product.
