Website is a scam with false advertisement and they refuse exchanges and refunds.
I ordered 2 plush elephants on June 3rd, 2020 totaling $40.83 thinking I was ordering directly from this company in Texas and that is where my items would be shipped from. Nope, not the case! Their website says NOTHING about items being shipped from other countries and mine just so happened to ship from China. Due to that fact when a customer places an order they are expecting it to come within a couple weeks and it doesn't. I started emailing the company approximately 12 days after I ordered to see where my items were and after going back and forth with persons having only the first names of Jess and John in probably 30 or more emails I finally received it today. Items were not what I thought I ordered. When I placed the order it did not give me an option to choose my item in different sizes so I assumed I was getting the size that was pictured. Nope it's way smaller! They falsely advertise and their website is misleading. The website says they have a 30 day return policy and they use secure shipping partners and have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, however when contacted they will not let you return your order or give your money back and will not respond anymore.

Desired Outcome

I would like my $40.83 refunded or for them to replace my items with the items I thought I was actually buying at the price I paid for all the trouble I have gone through.

Horrible site with NO customer support They take your money and never send you the product or answer Emails or telephone!!!! Never buy from them because you will be sorry They SUCK!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered product May 26th. The websited states delievry 7-17 days to the US. It is now 60 days later and I still do not have my order.
Never received order. An email from John stated I can not cancel the order as it has shipped out. However it has been in the shipment process for 57 days and there is not detail on where it is.

Desired Outcome

I would like to cancel the order and get a full refund as the item has not been delivered within a resonable amount of time.

Don't buy anything from this site. Item took 5 weeks to be received was damaged due to improper packaging . company will not return phone calls.

I ordered an elephant pillow that shows a baby being propped up and a baby sleeping in it. It took 3 months and is 12 " long. Bait and switch

Ordered product 5-1-20 called Balma Home on 5-14-2020 phone and contact portal, were No longer in service. SCAM SCAM citi reversed charges.
Ordered Mini Ultrathin Vibration Plate 5-1-2020. Received notice ordered received 5-4-2020. On 5-14-20 received communication I can track order by tracking number. I emailed them because I did not receive tracking number. After not receiving answer
I tried calling and accessing consumer portal 15 plus times over a few days. I keep getting Phone number no longer in service and consumer portal inactive. This Place was Screaming SCAM, just like the news says to watch out for. Contacted CITI and told them what was going on and they refunded my money. We ordered a vibrating plate from a national company for much more. I received Balma Home product and asked for shipping labels to return product. I told them about how I could not contact them there contact us portal were disconnected.I told me once I place a order I cant cancel due to company policy. If I new that I would never have Ordered anything from them or anyone else with that policy. still waiting on shipping labels. I dont see how this could even be legal. Never used product.

My order did not ship. It was expired and they won't refund my money.
I ordered a game system from them on April 30th. I received a confirmation email that the order was received. Then nothing. I sent them emails regarding a tracking number, they finally sent me one. It sat in transit for almost 30 days, which I emailed again concerned about sitting in transit to long and expiring. I looked up reviews for them and was shocked. I emailed again, questioning everything and they sent me a new tracking number. This one sat in transit for another 39 days, making it a total of 69 days in transit. And the order was expired. I have sent several emails all of which I have saved, both requesting and demanding my money back, plus shipping costs because my item never shipped! I do have order number but I dont know it by heart. Can get it to you. I know it's not alot of money, but I dont care, it's the principle. Please help! I played for the item with my paypal.

I placed an order 3 weeks ago with only a confirmation that they took your money, I have not received anything else, I've called the number on the website like 10 times with No answer, sent 3 emails with No response! I don't think I'm getting my order, and if I do I'm sure it's going to be junk. Beware of the company, it's a Scam!!!!!!!

I also wish I would have checked reviews for this company. I placed an order on June 7 and was given a tracking number which never showed anything regarding when my order would be shipped or estimate of arrival. I contacted the company at least 3 times until I finally entered a dispute with paypal. They thankfully ruled in my favor and refunded my money but please do not do business with this company they are not reputable and I wish that Paypal would not be an option as some people may think they are reputable because they trust Paypal, but they are not and this will only make people unsure about using Paypal.

3.5 months after ordering and I STILL HAVE NO product. I ordered the child's stuffed elephant. I contacted them repeatedly and it's a different story each time...COVID, on it's way, shipping problems, refund, on it's way, ....seriously now I got..."No refunds after 30 days!" THEY'RE CROOKS!

I ordered 3 sets of bras, all XXL. Two packs sent were XL; none of them fit. Balma Home refused to rectify this, stating company policy, and my error.
On 3/16/20 I ordered bras from Balma Home. 3 sets (3 in each), size XXL. On 4/10/20 I received my order (from China), but they sent one XXL set, and 2 XL sets. Neither size fit at all. When I emailed Balma Home the same day, the reply: they said I made the error, and since the items were not damaged or defective, they couldn't authorize any return. The following is the letter I included with the bras I sent back to them:

Dear Balma Home:

On March 16, 2020, I went to Balma Home online and ordered three sets 3 per set Dream by Genie Bras - size 2X. On the next day, a confirmation that an order was made (not listing the items ordered) and a welcome note was emailed to me from Jess B.

What arrived from China almost a month later on April 10, 2020:
Two sets: XL I was not even able to try one on - way, way too small
One set: XXL Also too small: trouble putting it on, and the band was constrictive and offered NO support.
The package the order came in did not include a packing slip.

I sent an email to Jess B. the same day the order arrived (April 10, 2020) and asked how to return the products None of them fit, and two sets were not size 2X, which was what I ordered.

On April 13, 2020, I received an email from Camila A. (Customer Support Manager), stating, in part, that I had ordered 3 sets, size XXL. She included an invoice (which is attach), showing all three sets were to be XXL. The order when it arrived had only one set that size. Camila did not say anything about correcting Balma Home's error of sending me two sets of XL. A photo is enclosed to show the three sets I received and the size posted on each. She said no returns were possible - company's policy. Her Words: "In this case, you received exactly what you ordered, so, even though you made a mistake, we cannot issue a return authorization because the products are not damaged nor defective." This is not the truth. My statement: Balma Home made the mistake, I did not receive what I ordered, and Balma Home should correct it.
There was nothing on the order page online to indicate that a person was not able to return an item if it didn't fit at all. If I had known that, there is no way I would have ordered three sets; I would have ordered only one set to make sure I had the right size. I also never would have placed an order if I knew that if the size didn't fit, there would be no recourse.
I emailed Balma Home on April 18, 2020, to find out what address to use for an exchange. Exchange address email: Request #XXXXX. I have received nothing so far. Therefore, I am sending the three sets back to the only address I have for Balma Home (at the top of this letter), through USPS Priority Mail. It has tracking information for my records, in case I need it.
I am requesting a full refund of the $48.92, and a reimbursement of $7.75 for return shipping of the two sets I didn't order (Size XL), and the XXL that was a totally unacceptable.
The reason I was so detailed in this letter: in case we cannot reach a resolution, and I need to contact the proper authorities (Revdex.com, Federal Trade Commission, etc.). I trust you do not want that to happen.
I am sure we can find a solution. I await your decision. I would prefer not to have to take this higher, but I will if I do not hear from you in a reasonable time (by May 15).

Why did the invoice show one set of XXL for $15.95, and two sets of XXL - same size - for $14.00?

They claim they never accepted the return, but the tracking I have shows delivery was made and accepted on 4/28/20. I have documentation for that.

Desired Outcome

Based on the stress of this transaction and the amount of time I have spend attempting to resolve it, I am asking for a full refund of $56.67 (This includes $7.75 return shipping). I also feel there should be some consequence for this company. The way they do business is totally unacceptable, and they are passing themselves off as Genie bras, which they are NOT. I believe this is a trademark violation. Let me know if I should report this to another agency. I seem to be having trouble attaching the documents. If you have trouble receiving the supporting documentation, let me know and I will mail hard copies to you.

As of today I havent rcvd the pink stuff elephant I ordered for a baby shower and the lady has already had her baby. Nor, have I rcvd any further responses since June 29th nor has the tracking number updated any shipping changes. At this point I just want my refund and to be done with them.

This company should never be in business, they are so quick to your money.

I ordered 4 items and only received 2, out two it was send in a Styrofoam box, it looks used, no manual was send, the charge port was not even for USA country to use. I send them an email follow, I tried calling no answer, left detailed messages.
I should have read the review here about this company. I would like a full refund, this is crazy that no one is calling me or responding to my email.

I ordered a headset for my daughter, order numberXXXXXX, and it will not work. Customer service has ignored several requests for a exchange or refund.
Order numberXXXXXX, issues with the product, so I asked about an exchange or refund. Received an email wanting pictures and a video of the issue. Took pictures, replied, and am now being ignored by customer service.

I did want to exchange the item, but I think after being ignored a refund is what is needed. Will never do business again.

Ordered elephant pillow for my grandson on 4/20/20, to be delivered to my daughter in Lynchburg VA. Order#XXXXX. Pillow has yet to be delivered.
Have been going back and forth via email with their customer service for the last two months and I keep getting told the product will be shipped in a few days. The last date they told me this was on 07/01/20. I either want the product shipped to the address I gave them to ship it to, or I want a full refund, including shipping since the product hasn't been shipped yet. Please help me with this matter. They don't seem to have any plans on delivering what I ordered and paid for already.
