I ordered a product from this "company" only to never receive a tracking number, let alone any other order information. Have found this to be a scam!!
I ordered a portable car air conditioner from this "company". After placing the order through PayPal, I never received an order # or any tracking information. I received their fake "tracking information" email, that only consisted of Links to buy more products and a little story about their shipping practices, but no tracking number which was to be included. I then go back onto their website only to find that none of their menu options or links work. After this I took to google, to look a little further into this company and found that I am, by far, not the only one to be scammed by their "company" this website should be removed immediately as nobody, in my research, has ever received a single product, they ordered from this "company"

I placed an order on June 13 for a podcast microphone, never received the item nor any shipping or reply to inquiry.
On June 13 I placed an online order for a retro desktop microphone, order number XXXXXX. I received a confirmation email but never received any shipping information. I emailed a week later to inquire about the status but have never received any reply.

Never buy from this site. I placed an order in early May and never received it. I contacted customer support about 8 times, maybe more, with no response. Luckily I was able to dispute the charges with my bank. Buyers beware! If you can't find what you're looking for somewhere else, pick something different. I would give it zero stars if I had that option.

I placed my order over 3 months ago , I never received my item purchased. I sent an email they sent me a responding email telling me to track the item with trackdog the item can't be tracked! This company is a scam please beware! I don't know how these people are getting away with scamming folks out of their hard earned money! Never again!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I've been waiting over 3 months for a package to SHIP. I placed an order and got confirmation in the email it said I would receive another email with shipping information. I have yet to receive that email and my package. I sent an email yesterday but they haven't responded.

Criminals! Wouldn't cancel order. Received gaming system that looked like a Nintendo plug and play. Was a knock off. Horrible quality. Won't refund me.

Scam company. Ordered 2 months ago and my package (I'm sure the tracking number is fake) has been at the Chicago USPS for a month. Their customer support cites COVID delays but, this is ridiculous. Their refund/ return policy is also cleverly crafted so that, even if your package arrived (Which it never will), you are never getting your money back from them. I have contacted USPS and PayPal.

Ordered a Bluetooth headphone on May 16 with order no. XXXXXX . Payment of $49.92 was made via PayPal debiting my bank account. I sent an email on May 19 to ***@balmahome.com and ***@balmahome.com asking for shipping update. I got reply same day saying that order was processed and shipped. I replied asking for tracking information. I got a reply on May 27 with tracking information. I sent another email on June 4 saying that the tracking information provided showed only that shipment left on May 24 but since then no other information found. I got a reply June 7 with Support Ticket # XXXXX saying they would contact their shipping provider. I sent another email on June 19 as had not heard anything back saying that if in 1 week I do not get confirmation on where my order is I would be requesting for a refund. On June 23 I sent an email requesting for a full refund. I finally got a reply saying that they have escalated this issue to the refund team to allow them 3 business days. I have not heard anything since. I called the number on their website (www.balmahome.com/contact/) but message says number not active.

I placed my order on 5/3/2020, and I'm still waiting to receive it. After I placing my order I immediately received an order confirmation email, but I never received anything alerting me that my item had shipped, so on 6/17 I reached out to this company to just cancel everything and get my money back. However, I was told that the item had already been shipped so there was nothing they could do. I asked for the tracking number since they never sent me anything and was given a tracking number for Trackdog. It updates every couple days but still appears to be in China after 53 days. Wish I would have stumbled on these reviews prior to ordering this gift for a baby shower that I attended in May. Guess I get a my very own plush elephant along with a hard lesson about buying things online without doing research first.

I ordered a product from Balma Home. It did not show up. They are not returning emails and their phone is not being answered. They are crooks.
After ordering a product on-line on June 6, 2020 from Balma Home and they took the money out of my account, it did not show up. I emailed them and got no response. They don't answer their phone. I looked at the Revdex.com website complaints on them. The complaints are all the same and Balma Home's responses are almost identical. I hope that Balma Home is not still ripping people off with all the complaints against them. Obviously they are an Internet Website rip off scam. I doubt I will see the product or my money again. How can they be turned in to some authority to be charged and prosecuted?

I purchase an item around April the 15 I had my bank investigate around May 15th they investigated and returned my money to my account they got paperwork from BH and delivery verification of one item they made a note that they would send the other two items within 45 days it's been over 45 days but the bank decided to put the provisional return in reverse and pay them but they still owe me BH does owes me two items I don't know if I'll get these items are not but the bank is read debiting my account and I don't want to pay because I don't know if I'll get the other two items if I don't I'm going to have them investigated again and get my money back I had ordered gifts for a baby shower the lady got one of the gifts and she has not got the other two gifts yet

Purchase date 6/8/2020 order number XXXXXX, remover pen for moles,skin tags, & more. Payment amount $39.92. Payment pulled from ATM same day as order placement! Have had no correspondence from company since. No saying of any delay in shipment or any other reason for non correspondence! Tried calling customer service number no longer in service. On line customer service wont allow me to log in!

Ordered an item 2 months ago - they were quick to withdraw their money and send a confirmation that the order was received and being shipped. STILL NOTHING!!! I emailed and they said they are looking into the order...that was a month ago. No response since!

I placed an order on June 4th, I have received no response from any of the contact emails and have had the money taken.
My order number is XXXXXX, It was places June 4th. I have tried multiple times to contact the company and have received no response. You cant take someones money and just ignore them.

I ordered the C-Pap cleaner from this company. I tried to immediately cancel the order but was told 2 days later that I could not cancel due to their rapid shipping procedures. Got the item 2 months later. They advertised the product as a drop-in sterilizer for a C-Pap but neither the hose nor the mask would fit in the device. A total scam!! It cost me $127 to learn to check the reviews before ordering from an unknown company.

Thieves!!! Do not order from them. AVOID IT!!!! They keep sending me track numbers and I am waiting for a product for more than 3 months. Consumer protection is my next step..
