Unresponsive. Paid for an item and never received it. Won't answer their phone, call people back or respond to email.s

I placed an order on 3/1/20, received a confirmation same day. On 3/2/20 I revived an email stating that my order was shipping and would arrive 7-21 days. Order never showed up, so I called and left several messages, had sent several emails asking for a status. I now feel that this was a scam website or on line retailer or I would have received a response.

Balmahome.com has delivered terrible quality of several bracelets I've order from website listed. Balmahome.com.
I ordered 2 bracelets from Balmahome.com 1-17-20
Balmahome display fraud pictures in quality. Also during purchases there weren't options to cancel.
Balmahome.com did not have 2.00 dollar bracelets listed. If you review Balmahome.coms display these bracelets are not valued at 85.00 and 46.00. Dollars. I was scammed through this con site and Visa card was striped charge. Jan 17,2020 year. If I've known this product had China affiliated with purchasing these horrible bracelets I'd reject. The purchase product was confirmed TX as in Texas on website not China .

I have not received products. Their phone does not work and I have tried numerous times to email them. I placed an order on February 13th.
I order 2 running vests on February 13th. I received a confirmation email on the same date and then nothing more. I have attempted to email (March 14th) and call Balmahome and no response via email and their phone will not work. It seems they are a scam and have completely shut down their site and phone. (I DID send an email to ***@balmahome.com and it went through, but no response. ) The "contact us" on their home site does NOT work. I paid $41.90 and have received not further contact nor have I received the 2 products. I paid on my bank card.

I would like a refund.

I just received the products yesterday, 22 days after ordering and no communication! Thank you. I really appreciate your help.

I was sent a product that did not work. After submitting documentation required for a return, I have yet to receive a refund. It's been 2 months.
On November 13, 2019 I ordered a Lighted Running Vest Flashing High Visibility Vest from Balma Home. I was told it would take 7-10 business days. It took 36 days. I had no idea it was shipping from China. This is not indicated on the website.

When I finally received it, it didn't work. I contacted the company by email, they told me to submit a picture showing that the product didn't work. I did so. I have yet to receive a refund. It's been a month since I've had any communication from them. I feel misled by their website concerning their business practices.

I would like a full refund and apology for the inconvenience and lack of communication from the company.

I placed an order online for a Safety Car Seat from this company on January 24th. I paid for standard shipping and was charged a total of $44.92. Standard shipping is usually 5-10 days within the USA. Once processed I received and email stating that the product has been shipped but I received no tracking number. There was no mention at anytime that this product will be drop shipping from China. Just a generic email saying that ? Fedex has not provided a tracking number and to wait until that time. When I call the customer service line, there is no answer just a genetic message once again from a person that sounds Chinese. When I email the support team, I'm am provided once again sign a genetic email, saying that there are some kind of delays. This business is claiming to be located in Texas. Their guarantee and return policy does not take accountability for any deliver discrepancies, undelivered or stolen shipments. Basically if I order I have no idea if I am ever going to receive my package, just that they have now stolen money from me. I have received no information regarding shipment or a tracking number, but they have charged my credit and taken my money. My child is without a safety seat that is needed for a month due this company and to find out that this item will be coming from China, is now a safety concern for me. Business like this should shut down or held to stricter regulation and she be held to accountability standards.

Desired Outcome

Refund I would like a full refund of this item and a cancellation of my order immediately. They need to contact Fedex and intercept the package so it is not delivered.m or provide paid shipping to have the item returned if it is Ever received. This is terrible customer service and business like this should not be operating, and especially selling safety devices to families. I believe I was robbed by this company and I want my money back.
