Product that was ordered never was shipped, attempt to contact company by phone resulting in a disconnected phone number, email but no reply
Ordered product from Balanchine.com, $64.92 including shipping and tax, was charged the purchase price plus shipping and tax instantly. Got a email recipient for the purchase via email. Wired two weeks, but never got a shipping notification nor the product. Attempting to contact company results in a disconnected phone line, and email attempts go on unanswered.

Ordered resistant bands on 5/3. Took money no tracking info and no response from customer service after reaching out 3 times. Never received product.
I ordered the 11 piece resistance bands set on 5/3 so I could work out. Right away they took my $34.96 right off my debit card. I got a phony tracking number that does not work and gives you an error message when trying. The tracking number I was provided is XXXXXX. I have tried reaching out 3 times via email with no successful response and once by phone with no response. I need my money back this is not a legit company.

Ordered on 3/30 . Today is 5/12 no product . I emailed them to find out where it is and they gave me a bogus tracking #. This company is a joke . Scam all around . I asked about an refund policy as well since website says 30 days. They said they do not do refunds unless the product is damaged . I never got a product so this is so ridiculous. This company needs to be reported and shut down. Please do not order from them . This place is a scam . DO NOT BUY from Balma Home. I don't know how these guys sleep at night for this nonsense company . They take your $ no problem but never send a product you order.

They took my money and never delivered.
I ordered and paid for a product from them on 4/29/2020 I received a order number that is (XXXXX) since that time they have returned none of my emails. When I call them the line states your call is rejected. I'm infuriated that this business is allowed to do this and nothing is being done to protect the citizens. You must know what is going on by the complaints. Please shut this business down immediately! Please let us know if there is some way to sue this irresponsible business. Thank you.

I placed a order on April 23rd 2020 and got a confirmation number and have never received my order and when I try to call the number on there web site it is disconnected and when I try to E-mail them it says a error has occurred and won't go through. My card was charged and I am afraid this was a scam.

I put in an order over 3 weeks ago and have received nothing. I had an email sent saying it was ready to ship but that was 3 days after my order. I cant contact these people and they have replied to my emails. Will I ever get my product?!

I purchased a plush elephant toy on April 25,2020 - order #XXXXX. This item never arrived. Unable to contact via email or phone/text as provided.
The customer service info on the Balma Home website does not work. I am unable to contact them for return or my money or verify if they even shipped this item. When I purchased it online it said it was in stock and shipping. It appears their customer service phone number is no longer working.

I can't get hold of this company by phone or email.
I ordered some workout bands from this company a while ago. I received a confirmation email from them on March 28 from them but still have got my order. I can't get a hold of them by email or phone. All the reviews I have read are saying the same thing. It's that fact that I can't get hold of them that upsets me.

I ordered to products(plush elephants) on 4/20/20. I received a confirmation of the order. I didn't not receive any other communication.
I ordered 2 plush elephants on 4/20/20. I received a confirmation email but did not get a delivery date or any other communication. I have tried to call but the phone number is not working. I have emailed and received 1 response as if they were working on the issue but nothing since that last email. I am unable to track my orders. I would like my products or my money back immediately.

WARNING. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. Even though they have the lock for secure website which is fake as well. They will send you an email once they get your money acting as a way to keep you relaxed apparently expecting to get a tracking number. Hopefully someone could get that fake website out of the internet. They took my money and it was my fault for not checking reviews first. Lesson learned the hard way.

I never received my product, they did not respond to my inquiries or return the money to my card. It is a scam. The "tracking" number I was given was a false page. Please let people know not to purchase from them. They will not get their money back.

Its been several days since ordered and cannot get ahold of anyone to get my shipping information. I ordered online on 4/21/2020. I got a confirmation purchase email, a processing email and the last was a shipping email but no shipping information was anywhere in the email. So, I emailed *** and she said to email the order number because she couldn't find my order....I emailed her with all the attachments and no response. I've since emailed several times with no response. IVE ALSO called and it has no business name on the voicemail and it is a generic text me now phone number ...but I did leave my call back number one time and no response. I'm concerned where my item is and more importantly where is my money. I paid for the merchandise and have no way to contact them when you try to email a form from their link, it won't work either, you get error message as well. So I emailed directly.

Immediately after purchasing the wrong item I tried to contact CS to cancel. I could only get in contact through email. They refuse to cancel order.
I thought I was purchasing an NES product. Immediately after clicking purchase, I realized that wasn't what I thought it was. I immediately tried to call, but the number was disconnected. I emailed through their respond option and I did not work. I then email them to the address provided to cancel and received a response that they will not cancel and I cannot get a refund. This product hasn't been shipped or even processed yet. They will not respond and I do not want this product. I simply clicked the wrong button and they won't cancel the transaction.

I bought a vibration platform machine, it was shipped and arrived cracked and doesn't work. I notified the company upon arrival to no avail.
I also left messages as they state you have to contact them within Seven Sages from receipt. I sent them a copy of the picture including order # Order #XXXXX dated on April 15, 2020, no resolution what so ever! The phone number listed only takes messages, no one answers or takes the calls.
