After placing an order with this so called company I believe that I've become a victim of an online scam. After receiving an email from them informing me that my order was with USPS but I would be emailed a tracking number when they receive one,I called the number on the website immediately only to find that the number is not in service. After 30 days I have not received my order. Beware of what I believe to be an elaborate scammer.

NEGATIVE STARS. Both the phone number nor the email worked. Couldn't even get in contact with these people. I ordered an item from this website and felt that something was off when I didn't receive a tracking number or a confirmation that my order was processing. So, because of this feeling I checked to see the legitimism of the website and man are they SCAMMERS! How in the world does google allow their website to be one of the first websites to pop up in their search engine? Anyway, I disputed the order ASAP. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!

Never sent our order. I had to dispute the charges with my credit card company.

First of all, we are really sorry for the experience you are having with us so far.

Due to the Covid-19 situation we have suffered some delay delivering orders and also answering our customer concerns. And we are really sorry for that, and we are doing our best to improve every day.

I just checked your order and it was sent on may 3rd, and it has a functional tracking number and should be delivered by our shipping provider USPS, if it hasn't been delivered already.

We also so that you made a dispute with your credit card company, we are really sorry to hear that you had to get to that point and we couldn't help you earlier. After reviewing our customer support records, I couldn't find any contact from you. Please next time you can contact us at [email protected]

Your order will be deliver as expected with our shipping policies. Once again we are sorry for the delay in our response.

Avoid these guys. Ordered from them a month ago, got a fake tracking number, then silence. Emailed them with no response. Their phone number for customer support is disconnected. Anyone know a lawyer?

I ordered a phone screen repair kit on April 17th, 2020 n received a confirmation email and nothing else they don't respond I never received item
Bought April 17th order# XXXXX for $14.94. used PayPal to purchase this item a phone screen repair kit. They sent confirmation email and then another a day or two later saying they shipped item to USPS n once they receive the tracking # they would send it to me which is when I got concerned because they would of printed the label from their own shop n redieved a tracking number before even giving it to USPS so that's when I realized this was bogus. I can call my bank and get my money back or even contact PayPal to resolve this but I would like the item if possible If they even have it. I'm not sure the level of this scam because I see other people who had problems with them did eventually get their item so not sure what's going on. Please help however you can thank you.

A product (headset) was ordered from the company on 4/22/20, my credit card was charged on 4/23/20, and my product has not been received.
I placed an order with Balma Home via the internet on 4/22/20. I purchased a Battle Royale Gaming Headset - Camouflage Blue, Order #XXXXX. My credit card was charged $49.92 on 4/23/20. I received a confirmation email from them on 4/22/20 stating that my order had been received. I have attempted calling the company (XXX-XXX-XXXX) and the phone number is no longer in service. I have emailed them twice (4/29/20 and 5/4/20) at ***@balmahome.com and have gotten very vague responses from individual/personal email accounts (not BalmaHome) with no answers as to the status of my order. I feel that this is a bogus company and that I have been scammed.

I have spoken with my credit card carrier this morning and disputed the charge. They will be crediting my account in the next 2-3 days in the amount of $49.92. I will then fill out some paper work that they will be sending my in regards to the disputed charge. This business needs to be held accountable.

Item arrive late to start off. Within two days of receiving the game system I tried it out. I immediately noticed the system was not working.
I have emailed the company three times for information on returning and getting a full refund for the system. No response.

Wish I looked here before purchasing. I made a purchase on May 9, 2020 and never received a tracking number. Sent emails and still nothing. Please be careful if you are considering buying from these people. I think I may have been scammed too.

I received confirmation they received my order and they took the money out of my account. I have not been a text to track my order.
I purchased child secure seatbelts vest in blue. Everytime I try to email it says there was a error and the phone number will not go through. Order number is XXXXX paid with *** one credit card on April 16th, 2020

Payment was processed but I haven't received the product. Contact information is no good.
On 4/27/2020 I ordered the "adorable elephant plush toy" from Balma online. I paid $24.87 (tax included) with my bank debit card which was processed immediately but have not received the product. I received an email that said my order was received and was being processed on 4/27/20. Order number XXXXX. I haven't received any further emails or notifications. When I click "track my order" on the website I am told to enter the tracking number that they emailed me, however I never received an email with a tracking number or a confirmation that my item was shipped. I've tried to contact them by the provided information under "contact us" but the phone number is no longer a working number, they don't respond to emails and I'm given error codes and prompted to "try again later" when I attempt to send a message through their "contact us" tab.

If I am not going to receive the product I ordered then I would like a refund of $24.87

Made an order online, wasn't shipped in time for when I needed it. They won't cancel my order and refund my money.
Made an order online in April, I needed the item by May 9th. When the item wasn't even shipped by May 9th I canceled the order. On May 12th the company reached out to me saying they refuse to cancel my order and will ship me the item regardless of whether I need it or not.

The Kids GPS Watch Phone was far more complicated for a KID then the description indicated and a SIM card and an account must be created.
Balma Home was not willing to accept a return or apply a credit. Their return policy does not fit their advertising policy of customer satisfaction.

Desired Outcome

This is not a customer satisfaction company and return policies are very rigid. You order it, it is yours no matter what unless it is damaged. Customers placing an order should be aware of their strict return policies.

THANKS FOR YOUR RESPONSE AND HELP, GOT THE PRODUCT THAT I ORDERED

I ordered a product from this company and No item shipped! I paid! HELP! This is a SCAM store! People like myself are paying and not getting the item!
I purchased an item on April 17th, 2020 in the amount of $59.95 and never recieved my item. The custom service number is not in service and no response or follow up has been made. Please look into the fraudulent activity of this company. It is NOT ok to pay for an item that you never received. It is NOT ok to have an invalid customer service number! Please help us consumers like myself with my order!

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund along with additional action taken on this company so others know not to buy from an unreachable customer service with a company that doesn't send their product. I am an avid online shopper and this has made me no longer trust online shopping.
