Ordered an item 04/26/20 from a friend's baby shower registry. I received an order confirmation shortly thereafter, but after several weeks, I hadn't received a shipping notification. The company responded with a tracking number (no idea if it's actually linked to my order) and the item has been dispatched from a shipping center in China since 04/27/20 with no updates for over two months. The company will not provide an estimated time of delivery, nor will they follow up with their shipping company, cancel the order, or provide a refund. Based on several other similar complaints, I urge customers not to purchase an item from this company. Ultimately, I'd love to see this company shut down as it continues to scam multiple consumers.

I purchased from them without doing my research. Lesson learned. I thankfully paid through PayPal and I have started a dispute through them. I will take it all the way and report them to all agencies for their fraudulent activity. They messed with the wrong customer. I suggest if you have been scammed to report them so their website can be *** down.

I order a package at the beginning of may and still not have got it try tracking it but ups hasnt received it yet they dont have a number are nothing

I placed an order last week, and I have a sinking feeling that I am not going to receive the product, and that I just was scammed. I received a generic "your product has shipped message" with no actual tracking details. I tried calling the given customer service number and it just rings. You can't leave a message. I wrote an email, and got a reply from Fahad with a "Trackdog" tracking number. It all seems very sketchy.
If I don't see anything in the next 2 weeks, I am contacting my bank to report fraud.

I ordered an item on April 19th. Payment thru Paypal utilizing money in my Paypal account & my Amex card. Order #XXXXX. After nearly 2 months with nothing from them I requested they cancel the item. They said they couldn't ancel it because it already shipped and provided a tracking number (LBXXXXXXXXXSG). When I try and track the package on their website the system returns an error. Calls to their phone number go unanswered. I want my money back.

I ordered the Security Knight Q3 CPAP Cleaner and Sanitizer machine. It is NOT a CPAP cleaner ... FALSE ADVERTISING!!! I would like a refund.
Date ordered online June 2, 2020 at balmahome.com. Phone number to call them is no longer in service (XXX)XXX-XXXX to get RMA and label to return. Link to contact information states in contact and refund policy no address to return it to and the phone number is a non working number. Order #XXXXXX. I have written them 2 letters. CPAP Cleaner and Sanitizer Machine Model #UH-UVBOX-WHITE XXXXXXXXXXXX. Receipt says visit Amazon.com/return but when I did that, the item that I purchased was not listed. Also listed on receipt is Misc. XXXXXXLEZ7 Equipment retainer white.This is no way a CPAP Cleaner.

I had ordered 2 gold bars from balma homes. Way over 2 months ago. I had not yet received them. I would know if someone went into my mailbox cause I've got 2 security cameras pointing one twards my mailbox and the other my driver way. But any ways I had also called customer service more than 5xs and all ways the same thing. We are sorry but the number you had reach is no longer in service. All I want to know is where is my 2 gold bars of ***. Can I also say something. I thought it was agaisnt the law to keep someone's money if they didn't receive there order. . I even Emailed them but I never got a reply back from them and or customer service. Thank you for you're understanding in this matter. God Bless you.***. P.s. I've waited to long I would like my refund back if I can. Thank you

Awful. Hopefully people see this before ordering from there but I ordered something May 11 2020 and my last update was May 23 2020. I sent them emails and the last one they sent was telling me that they couldn't find my order in their system despite me getting a tracking number as well as emails about it.

I wish I would went to this website before a I placed my order and read the reviews because I have been scam just like the rest of these people here. I called and email them with no results this is a scam company. With all these comments why don't they get to the bottom that this is a bogus company that is taking people money and not giving them what they had paid for.

Wow where do I start,well back in April I ordered still no merchandise they keep on sending me email with the track number but the track number stated that my merchbis STILL in China..tried to call this company number disconnected email them they send polite apology like it automated..I even called usps they said that the company hasn't even sent to post office yet now that was in April its June wtf? SCAM. I DID FILE WITH Revdex.com here in NY ..

Fist off the product was of good quality. Took over 2 months to receive it. They gave me confirmation of my order but no tracking or shipping info. I contacted them and was told I would get an email in 2 to 3 days. Package arrived a week later and now it's been two weeks and still no response on tracking. Arrived in an Amazon box. Don't think I will order from them again.

Totally a Fraud! Still waiting over two months for a walking/step counter. I have contacted them constantly. Still waiting.

Horrible business. Deceptive implying that it's an American Company when it is just a street address. Just for laughs look up Balma Home's address on Google maps. Estimated delivery of item given was 7 weeks. I found this out after my second email was finally answered. No response to my first inquiry. Could have gotten same item on Amazon for about $5 more and would have had it within a week. My request for a refund was ignored. Never has the phrase buyer beware been more true. UGH!!!!

Ordered product 5 weeks ago, Got email confirming order but nothing else. When I asked, I was given a tracking number indicating product was given to an airline in CHINA and it's been in route now for 4 weeks. No other way to track - all sales final, can't cancel, no refunds and no further communication. DO NOT ORDER from this company.

Stole my $36. Sends fakes tracking info. that shows your purchase going back and forth across the country with different shipping services over and over. Claimed coronavirus delays orders. It's been a month and I paid $5 for expedited shipping. A disappointing loss. Fake company. False advertising. Based in China or India...not U.S as they imply. Balmahome.com

This is the worst company like E Bay order two things from them and it was lousy it did not work at all they are a rip off company the worst mistake I ever made was ordering something from Balma Home do not order from Balma Home company buyers beware your money will be waste on useless junk

I ordered from this company at the beginning of MAY . I have never received my package. The tracking says it is coming from China which I NEVER saw on the website. I asked for an update. They sent me a tracking number that doesn't exist with USPS and it has been 33 days and it says it is still in China. This company takes your money but gives you nothing. I asked for my money back but no one has contacted me since. Do NOT order from this company unless you just want to give your money away.
