I ordered a product a month ago and haven't got it yet. No shipping updates and no emails back.
I ordered this product to feel safer in the room I was renting in an older mans house. I wanted to check for hidden cameras so I ordered a hidden camera detector. I ordered it a month ago and I haven't got any shipments updates. They never email me back either. I think they're a Chinese scam website.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Total scam, phone number they provide does not work, website will not let you in. They took my money and I never received my order. I will report them.

If I can rate Zero Star that's what I'm going to do. Very bad customer service. I ordered last 04.03.20 until now I didn't get it. And I can't even contact their customer service. Very poor. They just took my money. It's a scam. Don't order in this company.

I ordered a product almost a month ago and NEVER received the product. Now they are ignoring me! Do not use this company for anything!! I doubt I will ever see that money I paid them or the product I ordered! It's not worth helping anyone these days. Just stick w Amazon or EBay.

Unresponsive, placed order 4/3 have not received any kind of update a month later. 1 week after order placed I received email that my order processed but still no shipping information, now order can not be found. They took my money right away though. I can not get through to anyone.

DO NOT buy from them. No a legit business. Poor service.

I ordered the product on March 30th and received confirmation on April 7th. I have yet to receive any shipping information or the product.
I purchased an 11 piece resistance band set on March 30th for 29.99 plus tax with my credit card ending in 1500. My order number is #XXXXX. I have made many attempts to call and email in the last 30 days.

This company is a joke not even 1 star have filed a complaint with paypal to get refund they say shipping partner has shipped but order has never reached usps would never order with them again

Ordered over a month ago and still has not received the product. Company will not answer phone and can not email them.

This place is a scam!!!Called number sounds like a cell phone no answer or responds.Took my money fast!!!No product!!!

I requested a refund because I no longer wanted the item I purchased and did not receive a tracking number and was denied my request.
This is an email conversation between myself and whomever was initially responding to my emails from Balma Home. I began with,

" I recently placed an order on April 12, 2020 for a "Big Giant Teddy Bear - 200cm, Brown" in the amount of $87.92 and I'd like to cancel the order before it is processed. The order number is XXXXX and the card number used on file is XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX with expiration 2/2025. Thank you"

We have a strict Return Policy and you can check it here . We do not accept any order to be cancelled once it's purchased because we have a very efficient and fast pre-shipment process. We only accept Refunds or Returns if products arrive damaged or defective.

I then replied,

" Ok, I get all of that but your system is lacking in some area. I haven't yet received a tracking number for my item and was forced to contact regarding my item via email. "

Balma home responded with,

At this point I felt as though I may have been scammed and decided to contact the Revdex.com services as I am now. I placed my order on April 12, 2020 and it is not today April 23, 2020 and I have not yet received a tracking number and Balma Home refuses to respond to my emails.

I ordered a product from Balma Home and never received the merchandise. I called and emailed 5 times and never received a reply over a week.
Order # XXXXX, Purchase Date: 4/5/20, Payment amount of $274.96 (Includes shipping), Purchased by Credit Card. - I ordered a product from Balma Home which they ordered from China. I noticed the product never left China and had been returned to sender. I've tried contacting Balma by phone (leaving a message) and sent 5 emails over the last week. Balma has not returned my call or responded to any of my emails.

I have not received any shipping information on my order. I purchased on 4/03/2020. Emailed company and no response.

Got watches but not the ones I ordered. Sad seller

It's a scam. I purchased the grey Elephant for our grandson for Easter. Still waiting on the product. Then I get an email stating I need to complete my order. Here I thought it was. So I reordered the grey Elephant. Then later in the day I received an email it's going to be sent out.4/21 Then I get an email today 4/22 stating it's in the warehouse on a shelf. Waiting to be sent out. Due to our low inventory it's going to be awhile. Something sounds fishy to me. 4/21 I left them a very angry voicemail. Either Jess or Shawn listened to it or they deleted it. Guess what Shawn & Jess. God's watching you !!!

Order was placed 04/01/2020, have not received shipping/tracking information and cannot get in contact with company through phone or email to cancel.
My order #XXXXX was placed on 04/01/2020, I have yet to receive an email about tracking or why it's taking so long. I have emailed them twice and called multiple times and never received anything back. I would like to cancel my order that I was charged for, for $34.96.

Appears to be out of Texas however they are in China! Do not order anything from here! Placed an order on 3/29 and still has not shipped until 4/13 when they just packaged to ship. Trying to stop shipment.

Balms Home is a scam. They don't offer refunds or exchanges as said on their website balmahome.com. All sales are final.

I ordered an item on-line, tried to cancel order immediately via email and phone, neither option worked to reach company, rejected call out of service
made order on-line, immediately tried to cancel order, but was unable to reach anyone at company, via email and phone number that is out of service or is not actual legitimate phone number. However even after sending email to cancel order which I received a response saying they received my request, they sent confirmation of shipped item, I then sent another email canceling order, yet they continued to send emails and finally the last one email said my package was delivered and this completely false information, it also was a fake delivery address in Wisconsin, and my package was suppose to be delivered in the state of California never Wisconsin.

Balma falsely advertises a pair of binoculars as having "night vision" however they only work in well lit places.
Delivery took 3x longer than advert.

Night vision binoculars are a joke. Only works in well lit areas. No night vision at all. Mediocre set of binoculars.
Balma will not accept a return based on their inaccurate description. They only refund items broken in shipping.
They also took 3 times longer than advertised to deliver item.
