HIRED BEACON TO MOVE TO QUEBEC, CANADATHEY CAME ON TIME MOVED MY STUFF CAREFULLY AND TOOK CARE OF ALL THE PAPERWORKTHEY ARRIVED IN MONTREAL ABOUT DAYS LATER AND DELIVERED ALL OF MY THINGS SAFELY THEY ALSO MADE SURE TO REASSEMBLE ALL MY BEDS TOGETHER AND SETUP MY ENTERTAINMENT CENTER FORTHEY DID A GOOD JOB I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS MOVING TO CANADA

My furniture was delivered on timeI've had bad experiences with my furniture not getting their on time so it was definitely a good experience

*** [redacted] was picked up August [redacted] we had a truck on the way down from NYC to Florida and we will pick it up on the way down to Miami Florida! [redacted] reserved this move on August [redacted] days prior to pick, since truck was on the way down we explained to him that we needed to continue to Miami Fl to finish all deliveries and we will load all other shipments coming back north and deliver him on the way upWe never at any time guranteed delivery September [redacted] 2016! [redacted] picked up from Jacksonville Fl on August [redacted] on the way down to miami Fl !!!! He requested delivery no earlier than September [redacted] 2016! Also [redacted] had more items to move than what was told to us so his price escalated from $to $he was well aware and understood why! We at Beacon Moving always informed Mr [redacted] about his delivery and truck status we always answered and responded to his phone calls and dispatch office works days a week (extension 3) ! [redacted] was delivered last week September [redacted] 2016, truck left Miami FL after Labor day September [redacted] had a couple of deliveries in Georgia North Carolina and picks up in North Carolina and Virginia and than went to Pennsylvanis we always explain to customers that all moves are consolidated with other shipments! [redacted] was recommended to us from previous move we conducted as many other moves are recommended and we thrive to provide the best service we can! After all we all know that recommendations are the number one salesperson if Mr [redacted] has legitimate claims for damages please email all pictures and letter describing all information to [redacted] and also cc to [redacted] !

This company is the absolute worst and would NEVER recommend themThey should be shut downThey are liars and run a scam operationBoth Joe and Brian are horribleThey talk down to people, do not return a phone call and they do not respond to an emailno person should ever have to go through what I went through with them

I never said that its [redacted] fault arriving late on Saturday we acknowledged the possibility that we will be late and informed [redacted] days prior to the moving dateAgain we really had no control of a delivery that we had to get off the truck in order to accommodate [redacted] pick up! Regarding the discount I will look into it again I was told by one of the [redacted] in our West Coat department, I ( [redacted] ) have spoken to [redacted] a few times definitely more than We usually dont like to start the move so late but [redacted] had no other choice he had to get his furniture out that same day and we couldn't get more labor that late in the dayagain we apologize for inconveniencing [redacted] !

I highly recommend that you do NOT do business with this company I thought I was getting a deal with the price but would have gladly paid more for customer service and a confirmed delivery date I've moved interstate several times and have never had such a horrible experience trying to confirm delivery of items I requested a delivery date three weeks in advance of my anticipated move and after several attempts to get a response, was just told that the date I gave them was the "earliest" I can receive my items - it doesn't confirm a delivery date and they now have days to deliver from the date I gave them Now I have to extend my temporary living arrangements on top of the fact I've been paying for an apartment I'm not able to live in There's no regards to the hardships they're causing (e.g., time off requests, additional appointments, etc.) and they're downright rude in their dealings Unless you are desperate, I would not give them your business

I have moved with Beacon moving from Florida to NYC I must say they were very professional and took care of my itemsThey delivered with in days of pick upI will definitely recommend this company to my family and friends

Horrible serviceWe where waiting days for a delivery Called number servers mail times no response Driver required cash payment before unloading Do not use it!!!!

There is a reason Beacon Moving has star reviews across the boardTheir service is excellent and makes the complicated job of moving so much easierThe office staff is courteous and the most professional I spoke with them while obtaining my quoteThe movers themselves are well trained and professionalJohnny and others were amazing and made it look easyWe will use them again if we need to move againI highly recommend you to use these guys if you need a professional mover

[redacted] was never lied to and price was given prior to shipping, [redacted] loaded more items (furniture/boxes) to ship to [redacted] **, [redacted] requested a delivery no earlier than days of pick up (102015) and recived her items days from date of pick upThe additional $was for additional items which [redacted] agreed to having! All phone calls are recorded!!! [redacted] received her items with in days requested and no damages at no time was Beacon ever advised that anyone was rude to her! If any one of our Agents/Employees ever spoke to a customer in a demeanor way we would take the necessary actions!

Beacon Movers did an incredible job in helping me with my moveNot one single item was broken that speaks extremely for his or her attention to detail once packing of furniture

Complaint# [redacted] [redacted] was notified that we had a delay and that we will be arriving late (Saturday) we asked him if its okay to pushed the move to Sunday (42014) he told us its not possible and that he we have to come no matter what timePlease understand that sometimes we have no control other moves and deliveries that take place prior to other movesWe explained to [redacted] that we will come and do our best, even though it was not the best thing to do start a move so late also we were not able to get anymore labor at that time of the day [redacted] (father and son) decided upon them selves to help the crew load we never asked them to do soAfter the move finished I spoke to [redacted] and understood his aggravation but at the same time he also understood our delay After all we decided to give [redacted] an additional discount of $which resolved any inconvenience [redacted] can always reach us at our multiple numbers so im not really sure why he says he cant reach us, I [redacted] spoke to him about times! [redacted] was given an estimate based on a list of furniture which adds up to CF/LBS based on that we give a binding price, [redacted] never said or emailed anything that indicates load as much as you want we will charge the same price! he never even said that! when we arrived to [redacted] residence we noticed more items that needed to be moved so we explained to [redacted] that to move the additional items will cost her a total binding price of $3000! or she can move the original list binding price for the same estimated price! [redacted] was very pleasant also about picking up the furniture early, she explained to me of all the hardship she is going to with her personal life, I [redacted] told her I will do everything in my power to help as much as I can [redacted] had over CF to move with extra packing service! we didn't charge her for any packing service! didnt charge for extra space we loaded we explained everything before moving a single item! Delivery had to be made with a wheeler also known as a tractor trailer because we didn't have space on the foot truck we made trips to load her furniture in Florida and put it in a storage facility, than we send the wheeler to load everything and delivered everything on to [redacted] ** [redacted] signed and acknowledge that everything was delivered in apparent good condition, we delivered in a fast timely manner! we moved over items and again had to use the wheeler which couldnt drive down her road not because of inexperience because if he will of attempted to drive down that road he will have had to be towed outWe have all documents/contract which shows everything I say is correct! We never received any phone calls about any damage or pricing issues, this honestly is kind of a surprise to me considering the conversations I personally had with [redacted] ! If there is anything you need me to look into please contact me directly at ###-###-####, which you already have! And if the Revdex.com will like to see all paper work and with [redacted] permission (since it has persoanl information on those documents) I will be very happy to load up and show everyone !!!!
