Review: The company misplaced our belongings and they came late, and also came with a girl in the truck. They broke our boxes open, and broke plastic tub's Lost our three largest items in the move.50" TV screen , leather couch, and my scooter which I need to get around. Customer service was rude to husband and even inferred that he were bothering him too much. He dropped the "f" BOMB. They never followup or return phone calls Would like apology.and money we had to put out to live to eat out. On a fixed income cannot afford.Cable company came with no TV here to hook up- we are paying for that service, [redacted] was involved, in rudeness to my husband.Delivery men came late, every time.Desired Settlement: Scooter, TV AND Couch to be delivered in one piece. My husband would never deal with this company ever again.

Please be advised that we provide Beacon Moving and Storage (hereafter referred to as "Beacon") with support in responding to Revdex.com claims. This complaint is very important to Beacon and is not being ignored. We understand that [redacted] and [redacted]. [redacted] are dissatisfied with their service. The president of our company has spoken to them and has instructed them how to file a claim for loss and damage of goods. Once submitted the claim can be evaluated according to the contract, the law and the standards of the industry.

While Beacon strives to deliver the best service possible, it is not always the case that the client ends up happy. It is an unfortunate

situation that at least from the loss and damage perspective can be dealt with. Iftheir claim is warranted they will get what is due to them.

As for the customer service, we apologize if the [redacted]s feel they were spoken to in anything but a professional manner. This complaint has been brought to the attention of the head of the company and he will have a discussion with his staff in order to assure that no such issue will arise in the future.

Please be advised that we are in receipt of [redacted]. and [redacted]’s second Revdex.com complaint. Please be advised that we have reached out to the [redacted]’s regarding their concerns. I personally have spoken to them and advised them to file a claim. While they did go to the website to (I assume) file a claim, they did not file it as a claimant rather they registered into the carrier’s section of the webpage. I personally emailed them explaining their mistake and the need for filling out a claim form. They have yet to respond to the email or file a claim correctly.

Without a completed claim form, I have no idea what they are claiming and I have no evidence to back up the claim. The [redacted]’s must go to the website and file a claim by clicking on the “claim form” link.They must provide all of the relevant information and provide evidence to back up their claim. Once that is done their claim may be processed.
