Review: I spent 3 hrs. on this,& then I lost it.I'm just going to keep this short,& to the point.I spent wks.,& talked to 6 Reps.regarding a return,because it wouldn't work.It was a 4 slice Egg,& Muff in Toaster.The Toaster worked fine,but,the eggs wouldn't cook.They mailed me a Shipping Lable,but said they couldn't find it.They finally found it,& told me that they would mail me a Refund.I have their names,& ext.#'s.The last Rep. I talked to was [redacted](Customer Service Supr.),& she informed that the other 5 Reps. should have told me that I wouldn't get a Refund,cuz I didn't have an Order#,& that they shouldn't have given me their ext.#.She said that she had them in her office as we spoke(She had put me on hold).She was very rude so I hung up.It was a Birthday Gift for my Mother,& I didn't know who gave it to her.She has since passed away.I called [redacted] back the next day(Sat.Sept.28),cuz she told me that my phone# would be routed to her,& I asked her if I could get an exchange.She said NO.Check out their Web-Site(Bed,Bath,& Beyond),& what it says about Returns,& what she told me are 2 different things.Desired Settlement: A Refund of $69.99,or at least an Exchange.

Review: I went to make a purchase with store credits I have had on file with Revdex.com since 2011 and was told the credits escheated to the State of ** Unclaims Funds Dept. I completed the necessary paperwork provided by the state and received the money from one of the credits for $43.34 but not for the second credit which totaled $356.48. I contacted the State Comptroller and was told they could not locate the credit but forwarded me a form for Revdex.com to complete so they could try and locate it. I have reached out to Revdex.com via a voicemailbox setup for these issues and emailed the emailbox provided to me by one of the Revdex.com stores. (called #[redacted] and emailed [redacted] I have not received a response from either source.Desired Settlement: I would like assistance from Revdex.com in locating the lost refund. I need to know if the money ever escheated to the State of ** and if so I need Revdex.com to complete the form I emailed to the [redacted] email box. I am still in possession of the store credit receipt. Please either call or email with this piece of information so I can locate the lost/missing funds.

Review: For my order [redacted] I got this package and it was completely empty. I got it directly from the carrier, and it was not damaged or tampered with. I was told specifically by Revdex.com that they had a storm issue and there were a lot of bad packages. Review: I placed an order online from the website of bed, bath and beyond on 6/15/2014. Order #: [redacted]. In this order, there are two Lenox® Opal Innocence™ Quilted Standard Shams. each item costs 37.49 and the total price is 37.49 * 2 + tax = $81.73.

I did not really like these two shams upon receipt of the items, so I decided to return them. I returned them in the original packaging in July, expecting to receive the full refund back from bed bath and beyond. However, I only received the refund for one of the shams ($40.87), and bed bath and beyond simply forgot abt the the other sham I returned. bed bath and beyond owed me a refund of (81.73-40.87=$40.86). I tried to solve this issue with the company for a couple of months to no avail.Desired Settlement: refund me $40.86, the amount bed bath and beyond owes me.

Review: I placed a order with the store and was told that it would be 5 business days for shipping. I placed the order on August 22, 2015

As of September 1st it has not shipped. I call the customer service on September 1st and they said that the product was never picked up to ship from [redacted] I was told that they would reship it over night and I still have not received it. Today is September 3rd. I checked the tracking information and it still has not shipped and they are waiting for [redacted] to pick it up. The tracking information said that it is shipping ground from California and that I will not get it till September 10th. So they promised one thing and they did not follow with it. I called customer service today to talk to a manager and I was on hold then they came back and said the manager was on an other call and so I said that I will wait for an other 5 min then I will contact the Revdex.com and she hung up on me. I then called customer relation and I got was voice mail. This was the first time dealing with this company and I have found that the service is the worse that I have ever seen and I have no plans to deal with this company ever again.Desired Settlement: I want my product

Review: A year + ago I bought [redacted] Vacuum Machine from the store in Edge water. 2 weeks ago the unit will not work any more I sent it to [redacted] respond was you bought from bed bath you need to return to them per the trade policy we have with them.

when I came there they check the seriel which is not on the machine they just put the model number and told me you bought it from [redacted] .

Its look to me from the beging that the store dont want to help .

No one seems want to help a customer that spend so much money on one store I never bought or will buy at best buy. a quick check I made [redacted] never sold this model number for the past 5 year.

Review: On January 7, 2015, I placed an order from the Bed Bath & Beyond website.The order was received and some stained items were returned through [redacted] in mid-January 2015. As I had not received a refund I followed up on February 20, 2015 by e-mail to bedbathandbeyond @mailmw.custhelp.com. I received a response "we apologize for any delay on your refund. The return was received to our warehouse on 1/31/2015. A merchandise credit will be processed and mailed to you. If you would like a corporate check instead, please reply and we will submit a request." I have to wonder why they wait for you to contact them before a refund is initiated. I was informed that it takes 6-8 weeks to issue a corporate check. On April 20, 2015 I received in the mail a store merchandise credit card. Review: I went to buy two [redacted] blenders at bed bath and beyond and I showed them an add that they were on sale for $89 but the store did not have them so I asked if I could order them over the phone and the employee said yes so I went home and called and I let them know about the price match and coupon, I even e-mailed them numerous coupons and adds and after two hours and a manager they referred me back to the store so I had to call the store and talk to the manager who took care of me to his ability but I was still over charged $77.94 on my credit card and it was very unprofessional the way the people at bed bath and beyond.com treated me all because they did not want to take care of a customer and deal with the situation they sent me back to the store which I had already been tooDesired Settlement: They need to refund my credit card the difference of $77.94 and give me some kind of compensation for the way I was treated.

Review: I placed an order on January 28. The final part of my order arrived February 11. I called and called. One person offered me a 20 gift card for the problem which I never received. Another person offered me a 20 percent refund on my next order. All lies. None of that happened. Review: Received opened package without product inside. Item was over $400 and should require signature, but shipper dropped off at the door. The box tape listed "if seal is broker, do not sign for package", I was not able to refuse the package since the box was just dropped off at front door. I am rejecting this response because for one I have only received a call from a lady by the name of Claire and she told me that someone would get back to me and I have not received any call from that store to this date and second we were told by Julia R[redacted] to bring back the receipt so that we were able to get the credit and that is what we did so for them to make false accusations against my family and I is very unprofessional. We have done everything that was asked of us we waited for over an hour for them to look up the receipt, we called our bank to see if they could retrieve the transaction in front of Julia R[redacted] and because they closed the previous account they could not and she was aware of this, we took the receipt up to the store and left it with one of their cashiers along with my name & number on it and was never called so we called Julia back and asked if she had received the receipt and supposedly she had no knowledge of it and said she would get back with us but to this date has never gotten back. We are loyal customers there and to be treated and slander this way is sad. WE ARE THE ONLY ONES THAT HAVE ATTEMPTED TO RESOLVE THIS SITUATION!

Review: I just moved to [redacted] because of a job promotion the end of May 2013. On 6/17/13, I accessed the Bed, Bath & Beyond website and placed an order for a wall cabinet. The site stated my address didn't match for my credit card and proceeded to close the order without any items being ordered. I attempted to place the order again but the site wouldn't allow me to change my information. I didn't think anything of it until I saw a debit of $67.46 from Bed, Bath & Beyond from my checking account. Believing the order had been processed, I sent an email to them, requesting order confirmation = never received a response. I contacted them via phone and they told me the order was never processed but that they took the money anyway and were holding it for 3-5 business days?! In my book, this equates stealing and unauthorized access to my bank account.Desired Settlement: I want my money refunded immediately and I would like them to stop this business practice as it is unethical and if someone took something from their store and said they would have it back in 3-5 business days, THEY WOULD BE IN JAIL!!!

Pending authorization on June 17 for $62.76 was reversed on June 26. Customer was contacted on June and a voice message was left to advise her of the reversal. We have not heard from the customer but this issue has been resolved on our end.

Review: On November 13, 2013 I requested a $50 Gift Card and still have not received it.

On November 13, 2013 I requested a $50 Gift Card for purchasing the required $150 in Noritake dishes. I checked the website several times and it said my rebate was valid and to allow 6-8 weeks to receive it and after several attempts to find out when it was being shipped, the site then changed to there are either no valid rewards or a $0 check reward but still says rebate is valid. I've been on their chat 3 or 4 times and they say to please allow 6-8 wks which of course it is way past that.d I have called them, plus emailed on top of this 3 to 4 times. Now they are saying they are waiting for headquarters to respond on this. I think this is unacceptable when a customer purchases the item and then has to wait months to receive the promised Gift Card. I think I have given them sufficient time to act on this, whether it be them or Bed, Bath and Beyond, I really don't care. This was part of a wedding gift and they will celebrate their first anniversary before I ever see this. Please help with this matter. Review: I ordered items. The expected delivery date has changed twice already, now I am told they can not tell me when or if I will receive what I ordered. In the meantime, I have been charged. I was told my order can not be cancelled because it is in transit.

I was again told they do not know if or when I will receive items. How can they charge me and hold my money when they have no idea if I will even get merchandise?Desired Settlement: I would like my money back for the items I have not received
