I am rejecting this response because: It has been 2 months that I have been unable to get my money back form the store. I have never received an apology for their rude behavior. I told them I am not at home during the day - and will not be singing for the mail. The company now owes me what they owe plus interests since essentially they have continued to use my money,

They have since corrected the price on their websites to $799.99. Therefore, we are unable to price match the unit. I am rejecting this response because: Bedbathbeyond.com has taken their own good time in REFUNDING this money when they knew the order was CANCELLED and the merchandise was being RETURNED TO SHIPPER.  This so called $50 gift certificate is a waste of time and effort as it was only done to assure I would shop with bedbathbeyond.com in the future which I have NO intention of doing and the gift certificate is in the shredder?!  Leave this open on the wb site to inform other Consumers!!!!

Unfortunately, I cannot explain why the address was not removed at the time of the request 6 months ago, as stated in the complaint. We can certainly understand the frustration.   I have forwarded the information to our Marketing department and I have been assured that the name and address included in this complaint were opted out of our mailing at the end of September. Because Marketing begins printing weeks in advanced, this will not take full effect until January of 2017.
