You won't provide any information about the process used to identify the purchase. I am not convinced that anyone even truly attempted to do so. Note that I wasn't contacted after the 72 hours I was told to wait; my mother had to return to the store and once again explain the situation to a different manager. I don't believe that a "corporate refund request" was ever even completed.It is disheartening that your company makes zero effort to satisfy what should be a simple request.I will do my part to spread awareness of your misleading policies online, and among my friends and family until I am satisfied that you have lost business equal to or greater than the value of my gift. I am not by nature a vindictive person but the poor treatment I have received really inspires me prevent this kind of frustration in others.
