[redacted] frustrations regarding the Bed Bath & Beyond Triple Bonus rebate offer. Due to a backorder issue, our rebate company was unable to fulfill the amount of requests we received for this offer. Therefore we were able to place a warehouse order for [redacted]. As of today, [redacted] has been in touch with our eService Manager, Debra, regarding the receipt of his pans. I am rejecting this response because: the manager was rude to me on the phone, in additional I need to return the item right away as they took. Y money right away and not have to wait or meet with particular people to conduct returns, this is discrimination, abuse and not good Cosumer service at all.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Although tacky they offered me the same coupon I used for the initial purchase of 20% off as though they were doing something to make up for what happened, they simply offered me what they mail to thousands of customers each day by email and mail. It was not anything special and less than an equal exchange. Alas, I am satisfied with the simple refund and happy this whole thing is over.
