We ordered furniture on line from bedroom furniture discountsOur customer service manager was Andrian A*** Our furniture was delivered as per the stated schedule and during a carful inspection a few factory defects were discoveredWe contacted Andrian about the issue and he immediately responded as our advocate relieving our apprehensionAndrian dealt with the factory and delivery company on our behalf and all the while kept my wife and I informed of the progressHe secured approval for the replacement and arranged for it to be deliveredThe delivery crew operated in a courteous and professional manner and my wife and I could not be happier with the service we receivedThanks AndrianBest regards,

As mentioned in our complaint, the damage did not show upon delivery because the table was extremely cold but as it reached room temperature overnight the part that had been dropped swelled up on the side thus the company should provide us a new tableWe saw the crack on the leaf of the table immediately and the delivery men completely lied to us or were very misinformed and said we had to call the company we got it from for a replacement and they had nothing to do with itWe did call immediately the day after delivery to report this and took photos as they requested and sent themThey also requested the serial number of the table which we also sent and still have received no reply or new tablePlease keep our complaint up so other consumers will know that this can happen to them and the company will do nothing to helpThey should replace our tableWhat's even more frustrating is that our cost for the table from them was just over $so you would think it wouldn't cost them much to do the right thing and replace it for usThe chairs were far more expensive at over $I just don't understand just terrible business and treatment for customers.

We have repeatedly communicated with Bedroom Furniture Discounts in email and by phone that we have had difficulty with our purchase since the second day it was in our homeBedroom Furniture Discounts has avoided directly discussing the return of the furniture for over a month despite our effortsAfter two weeks of waiting for their furniture assessment team to inspect the bed frame in person and determine the cause of the problem, the assessment team stated that the problem is the design and structure of the bed and that it cannot be repairedDespite Bedroom Furniture Discounts own assessment team explaining that the structure of the bed is the problem and our request to have the bed returned with the full cost refunded, the company has continued to ignore and avoid our request and instead try to convince us that the bed is fine and simply needs new slats.
As we have repeatedly expressed, our faith in the bed frame was harmed after the second day we had the frame and it began to break and our faith was completely lost at the point at which Bedroom Furniture Discount's assessment team viewed the bed frame in person and explained that it could not be repaired
As consumers, we have diligently documented our experience, and communicated our concerns and requests to Bedroom Furniture DiscountsWe documented in detail and explained repeatedly over the phone, by email, and now through this complaint that the company sold us a poorly manufactured product and that we do not want this product and that we are requesting a full refund for our purchase and for the product to be removed from our propertyWe believe that our part of this purchase agreement has been upheld and that due to poor business practices, we have been let down by Bedroom Furniture Discounts

already. So the only resolution we need is "speedy delivery of our
remaining parts" and price adjustment on the entire order due to
