Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to ME WITH THE FOLLOWING EXCEPTIONS: only the packages can be returned without me paying postage; except the first package was opened does the company want this package returned also? Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I repeatedly tried to cancel my reoccurring order before the next order shipped and before I was charged, but the calls were never answered for me to be able to do soI remained on hold for more than an hour each timeIt wasn't until after they charged my account did someone actually answer, after being on hold for minutesI believe this was done purposefully in an effort to prevent cancellation and that is deceitful, and poor business practiceI have been notified of a refund, however now I have to wait for it to credit back to my account and also spend time and postage returning the product Regards, [redacted]

There was this outbreak of bedbugs in my home some time back and I have seen the results of bed bugs and I was very concerned for my kidsSo I was searching for solution for this and stumbled upon this product so I decided to use itAfter some time the population of bedbug’s were seemly lowAnd product is chemical free and all natural so I don’t have to worry about toxic chemicalsNow my family and I feel much saferSince now we can count on this productI would recommend this product to anyone with a bedbug problem

Found this company online and it has mixed reviews, but I am frustrated and willing to try everythingI was not expecting it's something that will work, but it did, I was upset to receive a small bottle of spray, but it did not stop me to try it and I am glad I didMaybe the company can consider selling it in bigger bottlesI hired an exterminator, but said I have no problem, but every night I get bed bug bites, my daughter have these allergies like bites now tell me if I am just paranoid or that proves I have bed bug problems and this helped a lot

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Thanks for noting the time zone difference I didn't realize that at first but I have made phone call attempts within the correct business hours and received the same recording Anyways, that's not a big issue with me it just made it look fishy because my wife just went through a similar situation with the same kind of phone voicemails and it ended up being fraud.I do not remember at all seeing what is on your website currently I had ordered this stuff months ago and I do not recall it being the same - detailing the monthly installments My issue is that it was not clear enough of what the company was wanting to charge at the time of my first purchase Why not make that part of the "purchase agreement" as visible and noticeable? I would not have done the deal if I knew there were future installments That should be an option at the time of checkout, it should not default into the customer automatically signed up until cancelled I would not have bought anything The company email states that the refund of the last charges have been initiated but product(s)? must be returned Was I suppose to get more packages? I haven't gotten anything since the last charges This is becoming a little more confusing I just want a refund and move on Thank you for your time.Regards, [redacted]
