got a e-mail from them,, they stated that I opted in but never heard of them,,
when I tried to opt out it did nothing,, when to their web site , could not contact
them,, when I tried their affiliated link it sent me to nutryst net, which I could not
contact on either,

My first concern is that I still have not received a "form" from a magazine company in which they say if you do not send a written response within so many days you will be charged for a subscriptionMy second complaint is that every time I try to cancel my renewal order I get a message saying they are closed even though in the fine print they say call "anytime"I do not wish to use this product again and do not want to be charge for itIt was a rip off in the beginning and now I'm having trouble cancellingI don't expect a refund of the initial charge but at the same time I do not want anymore charges made to my account

I purchased their product on June 12,We received the product, and was charged $ as was advertised on their web site and did NOT elect auto shipI contacted the company in question and asked to have the amount of $that was posted on my bank account dated July 13, as it was not requested {the product) for auto shipThe person who answered the phone said they would reimburse my bank account for the full amount and take us off auto shipThey gave me a confirmation number of ***Today when I checked my bank statement the $had been posted to my account

Bedroom Guardian has changed my sleepingI had a horrible infestation of bed bugs not long ago, and we finally got everything cleaned up and clear of bed bugsAs a precautionary measure, we have installed Bedroom Guardian and its been a few months now, and we have not had any new infestationsI know it is the result of Bedroom GuardianI sleep better knowing that there is something preventing a new infestation just under my mattressIt was easy to install and requires no difficult maintenance

My husband and I have been worried about bed bugs for a while because we moved into an old apartment in BrooklynWe heard that two units were dealing with bedbugs, so we had a specialist come examine our unitLuckily he didn't find any bugs! I ordered it two months ago, I tried it and the product worksMy only concern is, I hope they have different sizes or options with their spray bottleDespite of that will still recommend itIt's the only thing I tried that worked

I am rejecting this response because:I ordered this product because they advertised that the product performed in a basic way, one it repelled and kills bedbugs!!! Why should it be responsible for returning their junk!! If they would have been honest then we wouldn't be here!! They know bed bugs actually find nourishment from this product!! After it failed to do anything about my bed bug issue, I caught one and put it in a container with the product, alot of the product, a week later the bug is fine and doing well!!! Screw that, if they get on line and promise all this that the product will do and instead of a deterrent it turned out go be yummy and good for them!!! So why would it be responsible for anything else!!! Their return policy basically punishes the consumer for believing their lies!!! Their crappy product just allowed the bugs to get a better hold on my home!! The exterminator I hired said the product was a joke and they have never seen one bug die or never heard of a bed bug dying due to this product!! If bed room Guardian doesn't want to due the right thing I'll just write the attorney generals office!!!! I think they should be responsible for their misleading remarks, they know this doesn't work!!!!!! Hell the bug I put directly in the product was gaining weight!!!!! I'll just make it my personal mission go get my self whole again even if it means small claims court!!!!

This company is a fraud! Their product does not work! They are continuously charging my card and I only ordered it once! They give you the impression that it looks like the size of a smoke detector that have some form of sonic waves to repel bed bugs! All lies and why are they charging me $for a maintenance fee they are a fraud!

I went to there website to order a can of bedroom guardian spray and I paid a can for it and I never recieved no emails or anything once I places an order I called them they said it take up to days to process the order and when I call them there recording says there hours are monday through friday am till pm and everytime I call them after am they say there closed like they open whenever they want too I just wanted too make a complaint againest this bussiness

I have reviewed the response made by the business, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to ME WITH THE FOLLOWING EXCEPTIONS:only the packages can be returned without me paying postage; except the first package was opened does the company want this package returned also? Please advise. I will accept the offer of payment from all the months if I DO NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR POSTAGE TO RETURN AND HOW DO I RETURN THE PACKAGES OPENED AND UNOPENED?

I ordered product from this company in April of this yearThe product was in no way like the product they advertiseBefore I was able to return it, I was charged for a supposed auto shipment yet it was almost double the price of the first shipmentI ordered this original product because of the reviewsBEWARE, this is a scamThe product is not what they say it is and they get you roped into auto shipments you won't know you signed up forI have returned the product and will see if I get the refund they say they will giveI disputed the auto charge on my account and even cancelled the account so they can't send future shipments or charge moreThey were not happy that I disputed this with my bank.I will come back and update my review when I know about my refunds, BUT I would NEVER recommend this company as their shipped product is not what they send you

I purchased bedroom guardian in order to fight the disgusting bed bugs in my home.three days after applying the product I found big and two small bed bugs right next to my daughter head while she was sleeping.I really thought I found the right product to fight these bugs but indeed I was wrong.when I read the article about the product it said works instantly.why I found more bugs ON the bed.what am I supposed to do now? Stay up all night to guard my kids from bed bugs?I used the product as instructed but it didn't work.I don't even want my money back I want the bugs out of my house.sadly disappointed!
