I ordered the advertised "device" for $in JanuaryI received a powder substance NOT a device at all Shortly after that I received a letter regarding magazine subscriptions (they indicated they received my information from Bedroom Guardian) informing me that my credit card would be charged if I did not cancel To my surprise, my credit card was charged $in February for a second unit, according to their customer service I informed them that I ordered and paid for one unit I informed the company the I have not received, nor do I want, anymore products from themI was told I needed to return the second unit in order to receive a refund I didn't order it, I haven't received it and I don't want it

Just received my $credit from the company.Want to thank you very much, once you contacted them, their response was very quick- had been trying for over months to get a response.The $was not that important.it was the moral victory that they cannot do that to consumers and get away with it, felt like $250,Again thank you very much. *** ***

The complainant in Revdex.com Complaint ID # *** claims that Bedroom Guardian ("Merchant") was called numerous times and that Merchant does not answer the phone and does not provide refund for all charges
This Revdex.com complaint is not consistent with what actually happened
When a customer orders the Bedroom Guardian bed bug protection plan from Merchant, the terms and conditions of the auto ship plan are disclosed to the customer on the credit card pageAdditionally the customer is clearly informed that they may obtain a full refund with no questions asked simply by shipping the product back within daysThis action would also cancel them from the auto pay program
A customer can also cancel the auto ship program by emailing or calling the merchants
Contrary to the complainant's claims that the complainant only received one refund, the Merchant found the following communication from the complainant:
One phone call on July 23rd confirming that all charges has been refunded to the complainant's account
The contact information the customer used at the time of purchase should be on the package that they are sending backHowever the complainant failed to do so, and the Merchant had to gather more information to verify the owner of the parcel
The Merchant confirmed that three charges for the month of May, June and July are all refunded to the complainant's account, once a refund has been issued, it usually takes 3-business days for the credit to be posted to their account, depending on the customer's financial institution.
The Merchant is fully prepared to furnish evidence against the complainant, including email communication and a telephone call recording, at the request of the Revdex.com

I first came upon Bedroom Guardian while doing some online research on getting rid of bedbugsI had a nasty problem of them in the new house we just moved into, the beds seemed to be uncurable as I tried other treatments to try to get rid of this problemAfter doing my research online I took a chance and got Bedroom Guardian to try to solve this problemI ordered one and it was a very compact and convenient product to use and I started to notice that most of the problems like the itching started to gradually fade away! I was so happy and I definitely recommend this product to people with similar problems!

Bedroom Guardian is an interesting productI have to admit I was a little skeptical when I first bought itI honestly wondered if it would even work because it only seemed to kill and control the bed bugs in and around my bed
In fact, I was worried that I’d just end up spreading the bugs from my bedroom to other areas of the houseBut it looks like I worried for nothingI thrilled to be bed bug free, and feel really comfortable having something that continually protects against bed bugs"
