I seldom post reviews online, but I just have to share my experience with this productI ordered it on their website, it takes about a week before I received itIt comes with a small paperwork, but the instructions are not clear, so I called their toll free number and spoke with a nice young ladyShe gave me the simplest instruction and I started using the productAfter three weeks of using it, I noticed the problem have lessened, I also vacuum almost every day and wash all my things in hot water, I guessed that helps tooI will use the rest of what I received and post another review

On 10/14/I received a package, I was puzzled to why I received it, tried to call but couldn't get anyone to answer the phoneChecked with the credit card company, found out they took my money $on 9/27/What's worse they sent me the same size as they did the first time minus the small bed bug trapAnd the first time I only paid $for it and got a small bed bug trapSo I called several times that day, would be on hold for minutes and get hung up on, call back it would do the same thingTried calling before p.m. was on hold for about minutes and got hung up onWhen I called back had a recording that said "the office was closed and to call back during business hours." The business practices that they have showed me, make me think its all a scam
If I were to use my customers credit card numbers for anything else then what they authorized to do, I would be in trouble for theft/fraudSo the way I look at this is theft/fraud on me
I am send you pictures of the trial size they sent me again and charged me $for itI don't feel that I should have to return anything I did not order at my expenseNow if they send a label I will be happy to drop in in the mailI will not be forced to order anything from a company that handles business like these people do
