Bought the product online for a rental house I manage The product seems to work My issue is they slip in reoccurring charges and I've tried calling all morning all the numbers I can find for them It is now around noon on a Tuesday and all their phones go to vm saying they are closed and to call back within business hours...but it is hours they list on their message (9am-5pm) The product initial price I paid was $on 2/16/and then they charged $on 4/15/and $on 5/16/ They scammed me into unknowingly paying some reoccurring fee That's stealing; I was not aware of what they wanted to charge and now that I found out and am trying to work it out with them, they will not answer any phone calls, so that's stealing too I want a full refund at the bare minimum They are not practicing good business at all They are scamming I thought their attorney has said they have hired more help at their call center?

They did not adequately notify me that they would charge me an that they would send me more of their product every days and charge me an outrageous amount for a product that didn't even do what they claimed it would do And they said the additional products were not refundable
