When ordering on the website there is the following paragraph on the opposite side of the order form and on the bottom that states "Bedroom Guardian - Bed Bug Prevention ProgramWHEN YOU ORDER TODAY, YOU'LL GET OUR FFREE RUSH DELIVERY and save 50%! It is not obvious and does directly connect to the area where you are entering your visa for the purchase I think this is very misleading to the consumer and the company takes advantage of having access to a consumer's credit card
In addition, they state all you have to do is call customer service However, they do not answer their phone I have waited on hold numerous times for over minutes until finally having to give up due to work responsibilities
They gave me credit for one shipment only I returned all the product they sent They owe me a refund for additional shipments- a total of $(I am not asking for a refund of the first order- although I returned that as well)I have been on hold again for minutes with no assistance yet This company is a sham and takes advantage of consumers They need to be stopped

My daughter ordered this product for me in January, she bought it when she found out that I have a bed bug problem and they want to visit here but they can't because they are afraid to take these critters homeI don't blame them, I am over years old and never had this problemNow that the problem is gone, I finally saw my granddaughters after a few months of fighting this problemI had to cancel my membership because I have too much supply at homeThis product is an inexpensive and natural substitute with other chemical in stores

The Bedroom guardian is a life saver! I am a neat-freak by nature and after a bad hotel experience, I knew I needed to do something about the filthiness of of the hotels I stay atNow I just bring my Bedroom Guardian and I can feel absolutely clean between the sheets of in a chairThe difference is astounding! My daugther had the problem and we ordered this productIt was too small but I can say it's worth it, the instruction included seems very confusing but we spoke with a nice lady and help us out, we were disappointed when it says it's close even if we are calling during business hours, the lady we spoke with told us about the time difference and that explains a lot

Thanks for noting the time zone difference. I didn't realize that at first but I have made phone call attempts within the correct business hours and received the same recording. Anyways, that's not a
big issue with me it just made it look fishy because my wife just went through a similar situation with the same kind of phone voicemails and it ended up being fraud.I do not remember at all seeing what is on your website currently. I had ordered this stuff months ago and I do not recall it being the same - detailing the monthly installments. My issue is that it was not clear enough of what the company was wanting to charge at the time of my first purchase. Why not make that part of the "purchase agreement" as visible and noticeable? I would not have done the deal if I knew there were future installments. That should be an option at the time of checkout, it should not default into the customer automatically signed up until cancelled. I would not have bought anything.
The company email states that the refund of the last charges have been initiated but product(s)? must be returned. Was I suppose to get more packages? I haven't gotten anything since the last charges.
This is becoming a little more confusing. I just want a refund and move on. Thank you for your timeRegards,
