Tried to sign up on their website despite hearing others' complaints about cancellation. While the FAQ section says they offer subscriptions for as low as 10 dollars per month, the cheapest option I was offered on the actual payment page was 14.

was provided a partial refund of $15.00 when she spoke with customer service on 3/**/2014.  We have refunded the remaining balance of $11.47 today.  All charges have now been refunded back to the customer and the account will not be billed again. Her email address has also been unsubscribed as she requested.

charges of $19.62 (dated March 2014 and April 2014) have been refunded back to the card used to create the account.  There will be no further billing to the account. A confirmation email of the cancellation and the refund was sent separately to the email address associated with the account.

I used there services and was not told it would be monthly dues . they ack its a one time charge. unless u read the fine print. its a scame to get your money.when I called they hung up on me . o yes there nice on the phone until you have a complaint. do not use there services there better companies out there. they dont care about bad reviews
on line either I should have look them up first my bad. won’t happen again

automatically billed on April [redacted], 2014.  The account was canceled later the same day it was billed for the renewal.  This is why [redacted] canceled but then saw a charge for renewal.  We do state in our Member Agreement that we have a no refund policy, which must be accepted upon sign-up.  
 
I understand that the customer did not wish to continue using the service during the month of April, so the $22.86 renewal charge has now been refunded.  This credit should be reflected on the customer's statement within a few business days.  The customer also received separate email confirmation of the refund.  The account is canceled and he will not be billed again.

I was able to locate three accounts that [redacted] created with BeenVerified.
 
The account registered with the email he provided, [redacted] was a one-report trial account for $0.95 cents, which did not have a subscription and has not been billed for a...

subscription.  
 
He created two earlier accounts.  One was created on 1/**/2012 with , with a seven day trial and a $48 quarterly subscription was selected.  This account was never canceled so after the end of the trial, the account was billed for the $48 quarterly subscription. This account is now canceled, and I was able to refund 4 charges of $48 back to the customer, dating back to and including the charge for July 2013.  We cannot refund transactions dating from over a year ago. 
 
I also located another account for [redacted] created 3/24/2013, with a different gmail email address.  This account was created with another trial sign up and was not canceled, so it went into the $48 quarterly subscription.  This account has now been canceled and the three $48 subscription charges received, have been refunded.  
 
We were able to refund a total of $336 back to the customer.  Other transactions date from over a year ago, and therefore we are unable to refund those earlier transactions. The accounts are canceled and closed and will not be billed again.  We sincerely apologize for any trouble he had with the subscriptions or the service.

As per our earlier email communication, your BeenVerified account was created on 5/**/2013 with a free trial, and a quarterly $48 subscription to unlimited reports was selected during sign-up.  The account was never cancelled so after the trial you went into the quarterly subscription which is auto-renewing.  I sincerely apologize for any difficulty you had with the account or any inconvenience.  We include our toll-free customer service number in our billing descriptor so that you may easily contact customer service if you have any questions about receiving a charge from BeenVerified.  
As soon as you contacted us on 3/**/2015, we canceled the account and refunded the past year of charges dating back to and including 3/*/2014, totaling $240.  The older transactions were no longer stored by our merchant service provider.  However I worked with our merchant service provider in order to process a manual credit today back to the card that was charged, for the remaining balance of $144.  You have now been refunded for all charges you received for the account.

Revdex.com: I have never received any charges from this company until now. I seriously feel they are grasping at straws, with no feasible explanation as to why I was charged this month. However, the $25.47 has been returned to my account and my bank has closed my old card, so that I am assured in knowing they cannot make any more bogus or unwanted charges to my account. There has been no refund of $255, so you might want to inquire as to why they are lying to you. Thank you

[Your Answer Here]I've been constantly "hit" by the Company, Been Verified for using their Facilities. I do, hereby authorize the Revdex.com of New York, full and complete access, to any, and all records held by the Card Company, [redacted], the "only trusted"  Card company used by the Social Security System for their transaction of Business. I've put in numerous complaints, against the removal of funds from my account, but those complaints were ignored, deemed unresponsive, because "I had a Contract with the Business" and they refused to make it better for me, by terminating that relationship. In one of the transactions, I was charged X amount of dollars by Check Mate. when I checked up on Check Mate, I found out that they were either, used by Been Verified, or another name used by them. I did use Been Verified in December of last year and terminated that relationship, when they gave me different and old information about my children, [redacted] and my daughter, [redacted] just means Nightingale in my language and her last name comes marriage to a Laotian man. I terminated, any and all relationships, with Been Verified in December, it is in Files. They have remembered to keep taking money from my account, but forgot to severe the relationship.
