Review: This company advertised their services at the rate of $1.00 for five days, and the offer was made that cancellation before the five days would result in no other charge . I joined knowing I would cancel before the five days (otherwise, would not have joined). I printed out paperwork and saw that I had been charged for a full month of $22.86, so I called the support number and cancelled ("if you want to cancel, press 1") after a little less than ONE HOUR. I had called wanting to speak to someone, but the business was closed.

I immediately received an auto-email telling me that they had received my cancellation request, and I was cancelled. However, I went to Revdex.com to check for any other complaints, something I should have originally done, and saw that others had the same complaint. They also said that their account was still accessible even though they had cancelled and they wanted the account SHUT DOWN. That is my request also, as well as a refund!Desired Settlement: I expect a refund at the very least of $21.86 or more, considering the hassle this has caused me. How are companies like this allowed to exist?
