This business promises a comprehensive people search with complete divulgence of findings. This was not my experience.
I searched both my parents who I had not seen since childhood. First of all, the reports did not show me, my three siblings, or any of my extended family as first, or even second degree relatives. Named relatives that were not relatives. The rest of the promised information proved to be just as empty. No social media. No photos. Useless.
The one thing that DID come back has left me in a state of despair. The search on my mother came back showing her as deceased. However, when I doublechecked the Social Security Death Index, this information is not being verified. Now I don't know what to think! What to believe!

Review: I was attempting to use the service. I was charged three times for the service and yet my account was not set up. Upon contacting customer service they said I had not been charged even though I was looking at the charges on my account. Review: This company states that they provide criminal background checks. When I signed up, I was asked what was the purpose for my use and I selected professional as I intended to use BeenVerified to do background checks for new hires and current employees. I found the reports I obtained to be very inaccurate. This could cause my company to miss critical information needed in our hiring process to protect our customers as well as ourselves. My company searches the registered sex offenders listing to screen new applcants. When I found that one person who had applied was a sex offender, I immediately used BeenVerified to confirm. BeenVerified stated the person in question had NO CRIMINAL RECORD but the address matched the applicant's and his emergency contact was also listed as a relative on BeenVerified. Therefore, I knew I had searched for the right person but critical information was missing from their BeenVerified report. If the person in question registered with the state as a sex offender, why in the world didn't BeenVerified have this information that was over five years old according to the registered sex offenders listing.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for my six month subscription. Also, my account and card information completly erased from their system.

Review: I tried their 7 day trial in January 2013. I canceled the service but evidently didn't notice they charged the annual fee on my account. Today when reviewing my bank account online I noticed they charged another $96.00 for 2014. I called right away and complained about the new charge and asked if they charged my account last year.
