I located a listing that appears to correspond with your information. The main name on the report has a very different spelling, so this did not appear to be the listing you were referring to before, but I see that it has an address that corresponds with the address you provided. This is a confirmation that BeenVerified has instructed our data partners not to return the requested record in future People Search results on BeenVerified.

I'm very sorry to hear the customer had any difficulty with her BeenVerified account.  
 
The account was created on 4/**/2013 with a 7-day trial.  After the trial, the account was billed $48 for the $48/quarterly subscription she selected during sign-up.  We do...

state on the sign-up screen that our subscriptions are auto-renewing, and will be billed for renewal until the customer elects to cancel.  You can cancel by emailing [redacted] or calling us at ###-###-####.
 
I do see that the customer called in on 4/**/2014  to cancel her account through our automated system.  However there is no record of her provided telephone number dialing us previously, and no record of customer service viewing her account until myself  today.  We have not received any emails from either the gmail or yahoo email addresses provided.  
 
The account was canceled on 4/**/2014 per her phone call.  As per her request, I have refunded the past 4 renewal charges of $48, totaling $192, to the card on file, today.  This should be reflected on her statement within a few business days.  The account is canceled and she will not be billed again.  Email confirmation of the cancellation and the refund has been sent to her yahoo email address on the account.

It is free to search a name, to return basic introductory information, such as possible relatives, age, cities and states where the person has lived.  This helps the customer confirm that we have the person you are trying to find in our database, before you sign-up.  In order to view the full report on a person, it is necessary to sign-up for an account and a credit card or [redacted] is required.
No accounts have been created under your name or email address.  I'm also unable to locate any sign-up attempts associated with the email address you provided, or any charges, so it does not appear that you should have received a charge from BeenVerified.  
If you have received a charge, could you please confirm the exact date and amount of the charge, and the description that appears next to the charge?

Your account does not show a record of being canceled previously, or being viewed by customer service, until you spoke with customer service on 5/**/2016.  We have not received any previous emails from the email address on the account.  This is why you continued to receive renewal charges.  Please note that we include our toll-free number in our billing descriptor, so that you can easily contact us if you have any questions about receiving a charge from BeenVerified.  Please be assured that your account was canceled when you spoke with customer service on 5/**/2016 and you will not be billed again going forward.   
I have also processed a refund of the charges you received for 2016, dating back to and including January 2016, totaling $114.30.

Any charges from BeenVerified will always appear with BeenVerified.com and our toll-free number ###-###-#### in the billing description.  If it says anything else next to the charge, then it is not a charge from BeenVerified.  Based on what you have said in your complaint, it sounds like you are receiving charges from other companies.  Our charges never appear under any other company name.  If you are receiving charges from other companies, you would need to contact them directly for assistance.

Information on site is fake and misleading. They say they can't edit info .if something is not right it should be fixed and not displayed as a fact! This also adds to public identity theft and can ruin relationships .

saw that you stopped using the service at the end of February, so today I also refunded your March 2015 renewal charge.  These refunds were processed immediately on our end, however it may take a few business days for these to be reflected on your statement.
I apologize for any trouble you had with the account.  I see that you originally signed up on 9/**/2014 with a $1.95 5-day trial, and you canceled during your trial in October 2014.  Then you logged into the account in February of this year and reactivated with a special offer for a 30 day trial, which continued with a $25.47 monthly subscription.  We do let you know on our sign-up screen that our subscriptions are automatically renewing.  You can always view your next billing date from your account.  We also provide a link to contact customer service at the bottom of every page of the site.

The customer created an account with BeenVerified on 10/**/2013, with a $19.62 monthly subscription.  She spoke with customer service on 7/**/2015 and the account was canceled as she requested.  As per her email we received yesterday evening, we have refunded the past year of charges,...

dating back to and including 7/**/2014, a total of $255.06.  She will not be billed again going forward.  I have also unsubscribed her email address so that she does not receive any further marketing emails from BeenVerified.
We state on our sign-up page that our subscriptions are automatically renewed until the customer elects to cancel.  We did not hear from the customer until 7/**/2015, and this is why she continued to be billed for the service.  We include our toll-free customer service number in our transactions so that customers can call us when they receive a charge from BeenVerified, if they have any questions.  
I sincerely apologize for any trouble the customer had with the account and am sorry to hear this was her experience with the service.  I have also emailed her directly regarding this matter, and we have sent email confirmation of the refunds processed.
 I hope we have resolved this matter for the customer.
