You can not find an account because there is none. Return the payment! I work 3rd shift and will not make my day a mess of a company that is well know for doing this to people. I have no clue how you have receiived my card number that has now been cancelled, the payment has been returned to me for now through my credit card company as they fight the charge for me, but there is no way you are disrupting my life any further. You have not emailed me as I receive nearly 100 emails a day that require me to reply to, so with your record of stealing I feel it's safe to say you are lying on this as well. A web site poll with 1000"s, yes, 1000's of response voted those charges as fraudlent. A company does not receive a 89% score because of human error or customers forgetting.

I do note the only opportunity to sign up for the offer as I had understood it was the one I signed up for, which was not as first described. However, my money was refunded so I will drop it.

You pay for a background check thinking it is a complete check. The report does not include criminal. You then have to pay extra $$ for a criminal check.

A charge from beenverified.com showed up on my bank account recently. Immediately called the number shown on my statement and spoke with a CSR. Informed CSR that I had no idea what this charge was or what beenverified.com was about. He said that the subscription was purchased on 11/**/15 and has been used over 700 times, and multiple times that day. We went over the account info and I verified the card number used and was asked to verify my email. The email he had on file was not mine. I never subscribed to this service and have never used. The CSR was let know that my bank account is diligently checked daily to assure that no fraudulent charges like this are ever made and if there are, it is immediately caught.
The CSR stated that I had been charged for this subscription every month since last November and I assured him this was the first time I had seen this charge. He asked if I had checked my prior statements, and I again stated that I checked my bank account daily just because of the threat of fraudulent charges. He also again stated that the subscription had been used over 700 times and multiple times that day. I reiterated that was impossible by me.
The CSR asked what I would like done and was told that I wanted the account closed and my money refunded. He refunded the money and cancelled the account, giving me a reference number and stated he was sending a cancellation email. Which does no good since the email on file was not mine.
The refund has been received and I have the CSR's name & reference number if needed.
It was necessary for me to report my card to my bank and a new one was issued.
Just wanted everyone to know that while my money was refunded, the CSR was very argumentative and did not want to accept that I had not made the purchase.
When someone calls because their information has been fraudulently used, it would be highly recommended to be more helpful and respectful.

I have repeatedly tried calling phone number 1 888 579 5910. Recording keeps asking if I'm under or over 50 years old and trying to sell me other products. Submitted my membership approximately 25 minutes ago and want to cancel immediately! Except for my name and age there was absolutely no information about me in their preview. Please cancel my subscription and refund the one month subscription fee forthwith. Telephone responses are a stall and I am not put into contact with anyone who will accept my call to cancel. This is outrageous!

Review: I signed up for the 5day Trial for 1 dollar and was charged another $9.95 for service the site was unable to provide. I background I required was on myself, Therefore I am aware of what information to expect. The only correct information was last seen. The family were not correct, not even my children, ex-husband, former address. The information basically was a reincarnation of case =related to judicial charges I filed with the Defense Department under duplicity ( see rendered decisions- 2007-2006 formal hearings.). aka the list of family members included the names used in criminal acts that each of them faced formal judicial hearing regarding. The service is a waste of time and money. In the event I need a background check on someone other than myself I might have found this information factual. Lucky this is my test form such services, I began evaluating such service through what information they have on me directly!Desired Settlement: I want every dollar return to me via the credit card I used to sign-up for the service. Please note that cancelled the service less than 20 min after attempting to use.

Review: On July **, 2015, I visited [redacted] and signed up to use them on a trial basis. I was to pay $1.00 and then if I wanted to keep it, it would be $25.00 charged on August *, 2015. That same day I emailed customer service and stated that I wished to cancel the subscription and specifically stated tat I expected no further charges outside of the $1.00 to be taken from my bank account. I received 2 cancellation confirmation emails that same day and was told to "rest assured" that my card would not be charged. This morning I checked my bank account and sure enough been verified has taken out $25.47. I called customer service and the rep "Katie A**" (I doubt that is her real name) wanted to lecture me on my "attitude" instead of resolving the issue. The customer created an account with BeenVerified on 10/**/2013, with a $19.62 monthly subscription. She spoke with customer service on 7/**/2015 and the account was canceled as she requested. As per her email we received yesterday evening, we have refunded the past year of charges, dating back to and including 7/**/2014, a total of $255.06. She will not be billed again going forward. I have also unsubscribed her email address so that she does not receive any further marketing emails from BeenVerified.
