I see how you feel about your large purchase. But please understand, when you contact merchant to help you with the order, they immediately cancel BeFrugal's commission in order to reward their support department instead. Support reps are not assisting customers for free. This is how all businesses work. For example, when you call a travel agent to help you with purchasing plane tickets, they charge you about $40 fee for their service, but if you order tickets yourself you save these $40 and perhaps earn additional cash back. Next time when you need to change the order, simply cancel it and place a new order yourself. Or wait for the items to arrive and return yourself those that did not fit. Over multiple dates in March 2015, the user admitted to several instances of fraud against BeFrugal. This is documented in written support tickets, voicemails, and phone calls. The customer did not deny any instance of the fraud. The customer was informed that as a result of the fraud, their...
account(s) with BeFrugal.com would be terminated. The customer agreed to this action. Per the terms and conditions agreed to by the customer when creating their account(s) with BeFrugal, in circumstances of fraud against BeFrugal or our merchant partners, earnings and bonuses are forfeited.

I understand the terms and conditions, however, I would still reiterate the same process was repeated for six transactions as I am familiar with how these transactions will not get reported to BeFrugal if anything is done incorrectly. Thus, due to the lack of transparency on the website of whether or not a transaction has been logged with BeFrugal, and that I am repeating the exact same process for six transactions, why two would miscellaneously be tracked? The "possible" reasons suggested by BeFrugal are all reasons I am aware of and know how to prevent, and do not explain why two transactions of my six did not go through.

The terms clearly state that [redacted] does not offer cash back on customer transactions THEY deem intended for reselling or commercial purposes. This information was provided to the customer in advance of their transaction. The determination is MADE BY [redacted], and NOT BeFrugal.com.It is intersting to know that the user purchased 18 laptops, two groups – twelve and six - of identical laptops.We had done what we could for the customer by submitting six disputes with [redacted] to determine if CB decline was in error. Unfortunately, [redacted] declined the disputes, specifying that bulk purchasing for resale is not eligible for further rebates.Regards,BeFrugal team
We ONLY require a copy of the receipt in those rare cases when BeFrugal does not receive an automatic response from a retailer that an order qualifies for a commission. When submitting a dispute with the retailer, sending them a copy of the order is a mandatory procedure to start investigation....
Nothing strange or unordinary in this. There is no other way to investigate. When the customer placed an order online on November 30, 2015, no commission was posted to BeFrugal via the affiliate program of the retailer [redacted]. In response to the customer’s request, BeFrugal submitted a dispute with the retailer’s affiliate program requesting review of the order information supplied by the customer to determine if commission is rightly owed. The dispute was declined by the [redacted] affiliate program, indicating that BeFrugal will not be receiving a commission. As all cash back provided from BeFrugal to our customers is based on the commission we receive, and as we are not receiving a commission on this sale, we would be unable to provide cash back. Additional information regarding common tracking problems, including recommendations on improving the reliability of cash back on future purchases, was provided to the customer along with the response from the [redacted] affiliate program. Since she is not satisfied, [redacted] is not obliged to use BeFrugal for online shopping and cash back.Regards,BeFrugal Team

I followed all the rules. My order qualifies all the conditions. And neither Befrugal nor retailer could provide any evidence that my order process was wrong. If they promise something to attract customer to buy from them, then they should honor their promise if I did everything according what they required. So this simple denial of their responsibility is not acceptable.

[redacted] rep could not provide you any information about BeFrugal. Even when we communicate to [redacted], they are not allowed to disclose their other partners, that is why we do not know and thus cannot tell where exactly the commission went. We want to have happy users and do everything in our power to help with cash back payments. I suggest downloading another internet browser, for example [redacted], and dedicate it solely to BeFrugal Cash Back shopping. Do not use it otherwise. I disagree with the response. As soon as I saw this I chose to not accept and leave web page. I was searching for the restaurant online not for discount coupons... I don't give a hoot and do not want/need discount coupons to restaurants. Here is what happened - see attached screenshots:1. As soon as I saw this junk downloaded onto my computer I looked up and went to BeFrugal web site ... there was a chat option. 2. I explained that I did not want any BeFrugal junk on my computer and he/she chat talked me through how to remove. 3. He / she said for [redacted] go to program files and uninstall ... I did it. 4. It was then I also saw that they had downloaded [redacted] AV onto my computer. I have [redacted], Malwarebytes, and two registery cleaners (ccleaner, [redacted]) which I already use. I totally don't want another - unknown antivirus system on my system. I uninstalled [redacted]. 5. After performing the actions recommended to me by BeFrugal, I did a full system search on BeFrugal and found the attached... a. files and folders - 23 applications and extensions I) for toolbars on my browser ([redacted]), multiple "shoptb" toolbars, multiple links for online coupons, articles and promotional codes, multiple PNG image files, etc. b. a process operating in the background called [redacted] a "help" application.Around this time my [redacted] IE 11 stopped working. I can't pinpoint the problems being due to BeFrugal and could be a coincidence; however, I didn't have any problems before. I am very competent but was unable to find a solution, and was forced to call [redacted] support and they enrolled me in their premium support program at $149. It took 3 calls / 3 days and removing and reloading the browser.
When the customer made a purchase online, the retailer did not recognize that BeFrugal was owed a commission on the sale. On behalf of the customer, we submitted a dispute asking the retailer to re-review the transaction to determine if their tracking was correct or if they had perhaps made a...
mistake. Our dispute with the retailer was declined. The response we received was: “No record the customer came from BeFrugal.” As a result of the dispute being declined, BeFrugal will not receive a commission on this transaction and is unable to provide cash back.Sincerely,BeFrugal Team
We have contacted the customer via email and advised him on how to remove our toolbar and keep his computer tuned up. He indicated that he considers this matter closed.

Please add your rejection comments below. I do not accept this as I have given them the snapshot proof that clearly states that I was on befrugal browser and Page when I made said purchase. I did everything that they asked. I cannot allow them to go into a computer that is not only not mine but holds confidential information. I gave them everything that they would have used or researched had they gotten on this computer. This is not the first purchase did they claim they have no record of which is why I made sure I had the proof this time. Every time they come up with another excuse it clearly stated that I was logged on with my email. I don't have any other befrugal account.Conveniently now they have had me erase all of the information on that computer. However I still have all of my other proof saved. They have no excuse. I have it in black and white they have nothing. Mine is backed up and substantiated. I think that this is a scam, they get the money and they come up with excuses why not to give it to us. And we have no rights to it? I will be submitting the proof to you the Revdex.com that proves that I was on their site. I will have it attached in here thank you.
