This may result in you being required to complete a verification call during the processing of your payment.”  On the 16th of Seoptember [redacted]g wrote-  “Hi [redacted], Thank you for completing the verification.  You can only maintain one account.  We will pay out all earned cash back after it locks and then close the account. Please confirm which account you would like to be left open as your one and only account. Thank you, [redacted] from BeFrugal.com” On the 17th or 18th of September I replied to her: “You are welcome.  I would like to keep the [redacted] account.  I will only use this account from now and no others.That is okay if you close the other accounts once the money is available and I have withdrawn.  Sincere apologies again for starting multiple accounts, I didn't know this was against policy and it was an honest error.” From this point when [redacted] advised I DID NOT START ANY ADDITIONAL ACCOUNTS.  ALL ACCOUNTS WERE STARTED BEFORE THIS.  I ALSO DID NOT MAKE ANY ADDITIONAL CASHBACK TRANSACTIONS ON ANY OTHER ACCOUNTS (other than [redacted]). PLEASE CHECK your records at BeFrugal to verify this!  We will report this user to all cash back companies to prevent scamming their systems.I DID NOT scam you!!- explain to me how I did so?  I simply made a stupid error at starting multiple accounts which were all linked to my own personal emails.  I did not earn any bonus money for doing so.  Then I realized I made a mistake and made you aware of it and apologized for doing so.  Then you told me that you would still pay my cashback if I did not start any additional accounts.  I did this but you lied and refused to pay me and stole the money for yourselves.   Per the terms and conditions agreed to by the customer at the time of the sign up to BeFrugal, cash back will not be issued on the remaining accounts.I understand that I violated the terms and conditions (by mistake).  That is not the issue here.  The issue is that I contacted you to let you know that I mistakenly did so and I was assured that I would still be paid if I did not start any more accounts (I agreed to this and only used one account after this).  However you let me keep on adding money to my one account.  This money built up further and then you REFUSED to pay me and stole it for yourselves (the money from the accounts was already clear from vendors such as [redacted]).  This has not been paid to me or returned to [redacted]- it is in your own pockets! Please find some goodness in your heart and pay me the money which I earned as cashback (from sites such as [redacted]).  I am not a scammer.  I am a decent person who made a simple mistake.

 I do not accept the response from befrugal.com. In addition, I feel very unconformable for the malicious calumniation from them. I have never deceived anyone and neverconducted any fraud activity. Regarding the refer-a-friend program, I refereed it to my husband who seldom shops online. When he redeemed the cashback, he transferred the amount to my [redacted] account. There is nothing related to fraud.  Furthermore, I have only one account and my husband has one account. I do not have multiple accounts.

When the customer made an order online with the retailer, no eligible sale was reported by the retailer as commissionable to BeFrugal. We submitted a dispute with the retailer asking them to re-check the transaction to determine if commission was owed. The dispute was declined, with the stated...

As the retailer does not record this customer’s actions as driven by BeFrugal, BeFrugal will not receive a commission. Therefore ,we cannot then share the commission with the customer that we are not getting. Try to remember, have you paid for the order with a Gift card? Did you contact support/customer service via email, live chat or phone?  Have  you applied a coupon that is not listed on BeFrugal? Did you add items to the cart before clicking through BeFrugal? [Befrugal is falsely accusing me of fraud with absolutely ZERO evidence. Their logic appears to be anyone that gets high cashback must be committing fraud with absolutely NO other reasons. Just because I'm earning high cashback does NOT imply that I'm committing fraud. I fully abided by ALL Befrugal terms and conditions and Befrugal has no right to steal my cashback funds. In 90 days, Befrugal will absolutely receive the cashback funds from the merchants. What does Befrugal intend to do with it? Because as of now, Befrugal is intending to keep it for themselves. I would like a full explanation on how this is not fraud being committed by Befrugal. It's ridiculous that Befrugal is falsely accusing others of fraud while in reality THEY are the ones committing fraud.]
