1) The [redacted] cash back listing was removed from BeFrugal.com on July 9, 2015 in response to a notice from the Bookamillion affiliate program that they would be closing soon.2) [redacted] ended their affiliate program’s relationship with BeFrugal on July 15, 2015.As you can see, we had removed the cash back program six days BEFORE the affiliate relationship with Bookamillion ended. 3) For all dates between December 15, 2008 and July 15, 2015, BeFrugal had an active affiliate partnership with [redacted]. At no point during any of the dates disputed by the customer was the relationship not active. Instead, as the sales were not tracked as cash back eligible transactions by the retailer, this shows they did not qualify under the terms available when BeFrugal was partnering with [redacted]. While we submitted disputes with [redacted] asking them to review the original determination of not eligible, they did not resolve these disputes and terminated their relationship with BeFrugal.Unfortunately, according to the BeFrugal terms, as no commission was received for your purchases, no Cash Back will be issued.Regards,BeFrugal Team

Apparently they are utterly unwilling to work through the issue.  It was a one for one exchange in store - same product, different size ... I can simply not believe that that the partnership between the two businesses would not allow them to work this out.  What a dissappointment!

The account for customer [redacted] was found to have committed 18 separate acts of fraud relative to BeFrugal.com via abuse of the Refer-A-Friend bonus system. Customer created 19 total accounts to receive the $5-$20 bonus credit from BeFrugal.com for each account. Per the Terms &...

Conditions agreed to by the member when they created their account, “Members may not abuse the bonus system by utilizing the use of bots, SPAM, fake personas, and/or other suspicious or fraudulent identity. If BeFrugal.com deems the program is being used for any illegal or fraudulent activity it will result in termination of members account, forfeiture of any bonuses and legal consequences.”
The customer was first notified of suspected fraud and BeFrugal’s decision to not issue payment to this account on 5/7/2014 via support ticket and email correspondence.
Customer’s account was deactivated on 7/15/2014 after we did not receive a response to the 5/7/14 message. Customer did not re-establish contact with BeFrugal
until 9/6/2014 at which point they asked why they had not been paid. They were again informed via support ticket and email that their account had been flagged for fraudulent activity. We did not receive a response to this notice.
In order to log out of their BeFrugal account, the customer will need to click the “Logout” button available on any [redacted] If they downloaded the BeFrugal Add-on, they will need to remove it from their computer manually.  The instructions to remove it can be found at the bottom of this page

When the customer made this purchase, no eligible transaction was recorded by the retailer [redacted]. In response to the customer's request, BeFrugal submitted a dispute with the retailer, asking them to review their records for their purchase to determine if the customer was owed credit....

I have not violated any of the site's terms and conditions. Just because this business' employees cannot handle the truth in the fact that they are [redacted], is not a violation of the terms and conditions for this site.  I have submitted Revdex.com complaints because the fraud is occurring on behalf of the business, not the consumer.  In fact, I will be filing claims for unjust enrichment, conversion, breach of fiduciary duty, and fraud both at the small claims level and with the Massachusetts AG.

Befrugal failed to provide any documentation that they did not receive commision from the [redacted] for this transaction, furthermore, all the documentation was provided to points to the fact that transaction took place and was done as to the befrugal/[redacted] specifications to receive the $35 rebate from BeFrugal. The fact that Befrugal and [redacted] ended theirrelationship does not excuse befrugal from paying contractually obligated amount of $35. The terms and conditions do not specify anything about the relationships between befrugal and its vendors. Please pay the promised amount!

I have contacted [redacted] to discuss with them directly. I know why my order was cancelled, they have called me before cancelled my order. They said that they didn't report it as fraudulent. So I think there must be some misunderstanding with us. There was something wrong with there system. Their system charged me 7 times before cancel my order. I think that's why you consider it as fraudulent. But there is noting fraudulent with my account. So please reopen my account for me.  Thanks. I thought befrugal was a very nice cash back website before, so I recommended a lot of my friends using your website. But if you didn't reopen my account, I will be very disappointed with you.
