Very professional technicians and they've all had a great attitude toward their employer The company has honored any warranty work I've requested They're a good outfit

I am rejecting this response because:
I WAS NOT TOLD ON THE PRICE FIRST HANDTHE WORKER STARTED WRITING ON HIS PAPERWORK THE PROBLEMS WITHOUT EVEN LOOKING AT THE FAUCETWHICH WAS NOT TAKING APART BY THE OWNER AT ALL I DO NOT WANT ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY AND WILL DO MY MY BEST TO SPREAD THE WORD AROUND NOT TO TRUST THEM .TOO BAD I WASTED $ON A SIMPLE JOB.ALSO I WANT TO POINT OUT THAT THE WORKER HAD A FOUL ODOR COMING OUT OF HIM, VERY DISGUSTING.*** ***

To whom it may concern; In response to the complaint with I.D#*** I would like to offer the following explanation regarding the service we provided; I reached out to *** and discussed what services we provided for her mother and the basis for our proposed charges
It seems that there was a misunderstanding as to what we were including in our estimate and exactly what service we performed on the evening of our initial service call *** was not present at the time of our visit and her mother had difficulty conveying to her what our plumber had discussed while on site at her home When our plumber arrived on this particular Saturday evening he was able to correct the leak situation and restore proper water pressure to this area of the home He spent a considerable amount of time at the home with Karen's mother explaining and discussing options regarding upgrades and additions to her plumbing system I explained to *** that we would have included her in all conversations had we been instructed to do so at the time of this service call This was the only visit made to this home as the larger part of the planned job was cancelled by *** within a day of our initial call *** and I talked on the phone today and I do believe that we have cleared up the misunderstanding of what was actually included with our proposal for the upgrades I also offered, and she accepted a refund of $which represents the cost of our repair made which seemed to have leaked after our departure from the home Thank you, Andrew M*** Owner, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing

I've been with Ben Franklin Plumbing for a number of years They have always been professional, competent, and a company I trust to do the job the right way James J*** ** was here yesterday for the annual review, and he did a fantastic job He fixed my water pressure problems and checked the system meticulously He is a great guy and a professional plumber, and I am glad he is with Ben Franklin

They came at the appointed time, did the work at the price quoted Were very careful not to track dirt inside and left my bathrooms spotless

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meI would like to receive a further written response from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing (a further response to the Revdex.com will be acceptable), however, affirming that (1) after deducting the costs noted plus the monies previously paid, the remaining balance is equal to $ (2) I would ask for confirmation that they will destroy any prior financing plan invoices/arrangements and mail out a revised payment plan document reflecting this cost due, which in turn will be signed and returned for final processing Finally, (3) I would appreciate a final invoice for the sewer repair work done during the last visit that further confirms the 10-year warranty on the work that Eric (technician) noted prior to the work being completed Provided these outcomes, I do find this resolution to be satisfactory.*** ***
