Gary Gwas very knowledgeable and very thorough with explanations on what he did and what I needed to do to better care for the plumbing pipes He was very pleasant and personable!

Benjamin Franklin is excellent! I highly recommend their services! The team they sent to replace our sewer pipe was outstanding and so professional (and nice) We are so pleased with their work!

I used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for regular service calls with positive results since When we completely upgraded our kitchen in I opted for this outfit in lieu of the remodeling company recommendation and they did an excellent job Singed up for yearly service contract at that time and they are punctual and dependable Personnel are professional and courteous Good company

To the General Public! We had a water leak on our driveway and we called BF Plumbing and 2 gentlemen came out to fix it xxxxx and xxxxx We had the best experience with them not only they were kind and very knowledgeable, but did a super duper job. We would recommend them highly to anybody who has a water problem.

We have been having trouble with our solar water heater Through this problem we came to know Gary G He is by far the best plumber we have had in the years we have lived here He is highly professional but with a sense of humor We truly enjoy working with him He is not a hard sell plumber but rather he points out the pros and cons of alternate systems and lets us decide the best course of action We have already recommended him to a neighbor for future work I have had Dan C here a number of times He is always punctual and really knows the best solution for my situation After a number of fits and starts, I have finally found our permanent plumber

A big shout out to Ben Franklin Plumbing, called because we had a problem with the stopper in our tub, Rodrick N came, checked it out and we did not understand how to work the stopper, He explained how to work it and did it with a smile and no chargeThank you, will definitely use again

I am rejecting this response because: Hi - I had previously filed a complaint (Complaint ID #12392255) and agreed to the accepted the business' response where they agreed to refund the money they had previously promised, that had been significantly delayed. I accepted their response on 10/2/17 and today is 10/28/17 and I still have not received the refund nearly a month later! When the business responded, they said that the refund had begun processing so I do not understand why I have not received it yet. Can you please follow up? At this point, I do not trust that they will process my refund to my credit card, as promised. If they can't credit my card, then they need to send me a check. My desired outcome is that they respond to the BBB with the specifics of the refund: What is the date that the credit will be issued and will it be credited to the credit card (the original way they said it would be handled) or sent via check in the mail? I will not accept their terms to settle this time until I know that the credit has actually been issued. Thank you.

I was very impressed with time frame to have my toilet fixed.I called on a Sunday afternoon,and they were there at 8:00am Monday morningThe gentleman who came explained what needed to be done to fix the problem the right way,but he also offered me a temporary fixWe decided to have it repaired the right way,and he again explained the price that it would costHe was very professional and I'm pleased to say everything was done to our satisfaction,thank you so much

Technically they two man crew did a good job;however, a number of procedures that were promised by the Sale Person as part of the project were not done during the plumbing project and dew diligence regarding care and respect for personal property and the household contents was not exercised through out the project One house hold item was damaged thru carelessness requiring repair Follow up communication to the homeowner by the individual arranging for repair was very poor requiring the home owner to follow up on the status In total the job as a whole was not entirely satisfactory and therefore I cannot attach my name to a positive recommendation to use this Firm You do not get a second chance to make a first immersion

Ben Franklin Plumbing was called to help with an emergency water heater replacement (for unit destroyed in 4:am garage fire) They arranged for a plumber (Chandler M.) to be here that day, early afternoon, and he had the water turned on by pmThank you, Chandler! The next morning he came early with a replacement water heater, after explaining a variety of options to us We will have hot water the 2nd day provided the electrician follows up as needed Chandler was knowledgeable, thorough, professional, and wonderful to work with under circumstances that were very stressful for us We highly recommend Ben Franklin Plumbing and Chandler M
