As always, excellent service from the office staff to the technicians in the field.They did very excellent work fixing my garbage disposal (that even my husband, -who is really good at plumbing- wasn't able to fixNext, I plan on them helping replace my toilet for an efficient one

returned my call in a timely manner, was at my location within an hour the tech was very professional, had my problem taken care of very quickly, explained everything he was going to do before he did it He gave me an estimate up front before any work was performedthis was an after hours call and the rates were reasonable

We had a minor catastrophe on a Sunday afternoonOur basement pump went out, the one that sends all the basement waste water out to the septic tankWe called in the morning on Monday, and they were there right awayIt turns out that the previous "plumber" had installed the wrong pump; not equipped to handle toilet wasteMike and his son cleaned everything up and replaced the pump for us in no timeThey were great! They were very nice, friendly, and professionalAnd they even waived their service fee since they were referred to us by someone who had done well drilling work for us in the pastI would definitely refer them to anybody!

We went out to this customer's home on 4/25/to work on a faucet that the customer tried to repair himself Before starting any work, we went over the pricing to take apart the faucet and diagnose what the problem is with the faucetThe customer agreed to the chargesUpon disassembling the faucet, our technician discovered that the customer installed the cartridge upside downWhen our technician finished the work, he showed the customer that no leaks were happening at that timeThe customer acknowledged this on-siteWe informed the customer not to run his faucet after that for two hours in order to let the silicone dry that our plumber appliedThe customer did improper work on his own faucet (installing the cartridge upside down)We fixed that work at an agreed-upon priceIf he wants to replace his cartridge and/or do a faucet rebuild, we would have to charge full price for that workWe thank the customer for their feedback and apologize if there were any miscommunications regarding their services

This is highly unethical business practice, and I plan to make sure everyone knows how you treat consumers I spoke with [redacted] and they agree with me, therefore they approved the review and are also opening a case with you to resolve this issue by giving me my money back for services not performed As for getting other estimates and they telling you what they were so you can match That is also unethical I would much rather pay the company that provides a fair price, not share there price with you As for letting you install and then negotiating a price based on other quotes, this is also unethical therefor we rejected this proposal How would I even get quotes from other businesses if you had already done the work?
