Where xxxxx went above and beyond was to look at the other plumbing fixtures throughout the house and point out some areas that may cause potential problems in the near future He suggested simple routine maintenance (caulking) could save me frustration and money down the line I took his advice, (which I never would have noticed on my own) and addressed the problem areas Benjamin Franklin has a real asset in xxxxx I wish more contractors treated customers with respect the way I was treated by xxxxx and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing! I had the need for a plumber times in the past monthA sewer bawhich turned out to be roots in the line, a broken hot water line under the slab and a shower control that would not turn off Previously I have used this company to remove a garbage disposal and to change out an old hose bib line Each time they have been courteous, prompt, fair and have quickly solved the problemI have had or different technicians/plumbers come out both as emergency and regular calls and have been extremely pleased with their service to me I would recommend them to anyone

The representative was courteous and knowledgable and appeared to do a pprofessional job of removing and installing my new hot water heaterI thought the cost was high dollars ,but we did get a 12year maintenance and repair warranty with the new heaterHe cleaned up well and I am satisfiedI would If I had time get more estimates before hiring
