I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However, I would like to receive correspondence or any communication from Best Buy Corp Hdqtrs about this resolution and what fraudulent and/or mismanagement details were completed in the investigation of the local store personnel We spent months and months trying to resolve this matter with the local store and we got various stories and denials insisting we received product and charges for it accordingly.....which were all falseWe then had to spend over $in letters and correspondence to Corporate to get any kind of resolution. response because: You see, I don't really care what your corporate structure looks like, I don't care who handles what concernAll I care about is that my concerns actually get addressed rather then a promise to get addressedSo I am going to keep rejecting your messages every time I get a promise and no actionIf you truly wanted to resolve this issue, you would coordinate with the correct people and get this resolved rather than passing me off to some other team and saying its their responsibility, and that your hands are cleanBest Buy has failed on every single level so far, and is continuing to do so now. Installs Incon the other handCalled me, listened to what I had to say, wrote a summary, and submitted a plan to me to correct their side of the issueThat is what customer service looks like from a "Corporate office" perspective
