Review: Received offer and I have the same concerns as the complaint on 4/28/15. Ding on my credit, of which my score was around 740. Not sure of what impact it had. I liken the broad offer to a bait and switch-5.99% to 29.99%. I have adequate income, 90k, minimal debt, 35k, and a better then average credit score; the best they could do is 14.99% at 3 years, 15k. Sorry...not desperate. Wow....insult. BAIT AND SWITCH........if quacks like a duck......Repair/Remove inquiry on credit....remove my ding - cease and desist.Desired Settlement: Get thew word out on predatory lenders, never contact me again, ever.

Filed for a larger amount, but got a lesser amount with a higher interest rate. Easier o use than the older credit cards.

Liar! You didn't get 5.99% interest on ANY loan from [redacted]!

Like so many others, I received a letter telling me I was pre-approved for $50,000. I am retired with a very good fixed income, and I have a great credit score. After filling out the application, I was told that they had no rates for me, meaning that I was denied. This is insane. If having checked this out effects my credit score I will be screaming [redacted] murdsr. Beware these letters telling you that you are "pre-approved."

TERRIBLE!! SCAM!! STAY AWAY !!- Like so many others, I received a "Pre-approved"

WHAT DOES DEBT CONSOLIDATION AND FIXED PATH TO FINCIAL FREEDOM MEAN TO YOUR INSTITUTION? YOU NOT EVEN HELPING THE PEOPLE TO ACHIEVE THEIR GOAL???? IS A LAUGH

AFTER ALL THE NEGITIVE REVIEWS I READ I STILL GAVE benefit of doubt about Best Egg - I totally agreed with the review what they say.

This was the worst experience when applying for a loan. I had not feedback from customer service. I sent all my personal information to the fax number provided and never heard anything. I have no idea if my personal information was recvd or is somewhere unknown. Emails are not answered and they lack customer service. To this date I still have no idea if I was approved or not.

Very disappointed. If you have the means of using another company, I suggest you use someone else.

Review: I currently hold a loan with Best Egg. I no longer work for the company that I worked for when I acquired the loan. The email and phone number associated with the Best Egg account belonged to the company I previously worked with. I have attempted on several occasions to update my contact information and am unable to access my account. I can not access by phone because my new number is not associated with the account and am unable to use my previous login information. I am unable to get ANYONE on the phone to assist me and there is no way to access my account HOWEVER they continue to draw money from my bank account to pay off the loan. I have NO way to contact them to update my information. I am closing my back account and will be using another account to make payments toward the loan but can not do so since I have no way to contact Best Egg. It is VERY frustrating! I have a new address, new phone number, new email, and new bank account. I am attempting to do the right thing but have NO way to access my account via phone or online.Desired Settlement: I need to contact Best Egg so that I can update my contact and payment information AND get the balance on my account.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Best Egg contacted me as soon as they received the complaint and addressed all of my concerns. I now have complete access to my account and a contact in the event anything else arises. Well done Best Egg. Hopefully my concerns will allow their service to improve moving forward with their automatic system.
