What SPECIFIC criteria and metrics would qualify an individual for the 5.99%? At this point I have not even approached the fence let alone sat on it. Based on the Revdex.com reviews I fully expect a Best Egg dodge phrase or axiom that does not answer the actual question but rather dances around it. Perhaps if Best Egg was more forthcoming their ratings would not be so bad. Dazzle me with diamonds Best Egg don't baffle me with bull shtuff.

Review: I do not know how to contact them ! Every number I try to call is "temporarily out of service", or "Nissan", or just a fast busy tone. I will be closing my bank acct where my payment comes from and opened a new one, which I would like the payments to come out of, and I lost my acct. number and don't remember any sign in info. Just want to get this taken care of !

I went to the website and entered in my offer code to get the application started. Afterwards, the whole process was very simple. They immediately let me know the amount that I was approved for, and even gave me the option to select a smaller loan for lower monthly payments. I was very pleased with the application process in general, and if I were to ever need another loan, I would choose Best Egg.

So glad I got the invite from Best Egg. The process was smooth as can be. Great rate, quick verification, and in 2-3 days, funds were in my account. 22-27% rates are now gone. Best Egg rate was great and I selected a 3 year term. Clean and simple. Thanks Best Egg!

After dozens upon dozens of mailings week after week I kindly called and asked to be removed. They said I will be, immediately, needless to say that didn't happen at all. Following several more letters and 2 more attempts to be removed I thought it finally happened. NOT. More letters came followed by a couple of more calls to be removed with more promises to be removed, that did not happen either.

So after receiving yet another offer for their services today I have but no other choice to call this harassment. I have just called again and requested to be removed, if I receive yet another letter next week I will forgo the phone call and simply begin to create an online marketing campaign to showcase just how terrible and harassing this company has been to me. I have secured a great domain name and look forward to implementing a marketing campaign against your company if my request is not met immediately.

I just received a loan rejection letter from Best Egg. I NEVER applied for a loan with Best Egg. In fact, I never heard of them before.

Review: I have requested for the past 3-4 months to be removed from their mailings. The first time I called I was told 30 days to be removed and mailings kept coming after that.

The 2nd time I called I was told that it's 60 days to be removed and I was assured that I was being removed. And mailings kept coming.

I called again today (11-18-15) when yet another mailing came. Again I was told 60 days to be removed. The gal said that she couldn't say what the other folks had done, but she was removing me.

I didn't ask for info on reducing credit card debt or improving my credit, as I have excellent credit as is.Desired Settlement: I want ALL MAILING FROM THEM TO STOP and I don't want them to sell my name to anyone else.

The process was very easy and painless

Review: They continually send me notices that I qualify for a loan to consolidate debt, but when I apply, they say they have nothing. I was just turned down, went to my PO Box and have another offer from them. I tried under that "pre-approved" code and was turned down again. Perhaps they should not be sending things as pre-approved if you are not. Now they have my personal information and I question their integrity.Desired Settlement: They need to give me the loan or change their advertising. Also, if they are not going to give the loan, they need to delete all of my information along with the information of every person they denied a loan.

Review: I received a offer with a pre approval for a loan. I was pre approved written plainly ending date march 25th 2015. 2nd letter came again to me in a 2 time frame so I applied. I was told by customer service it is not a hard pull but a soft pull on your credit only a hardpull if we fund the loan. I have it on tape. I said my credit is good and has not changed in 2 months except for score went up 7 points why was I not approved it said I was pre approved. Customer service said if there is a hard pull we will remove it.Desired Settlement: Honor the removal of the hard pull inquiry on my credit. You did a bait and switch not to mention dishonest customer service telling me it was a soft pull. It was not a soft pull. There are at least 100 people this company has done this to in just this year alone. I don't need there loan with them. I have good credit and was consolidating to a lower rate. I had no pre approval ever it was not true.

I received a letter saying I was pre-approved for the amount of $10,000 - $40,000 interests rates 4.99-9.99% My credit score is 740 and all I was qualified for was a $10,000 loan for 3 years at 29%. This is a bait and switch scam!

These guys are the sm of the earth. For 2 years now I have been trying to get off their mailing list and they keep pestering me. I would never do business with them because they are liars and prey on old people like me!

Review: I received a letter stating I was pre-approved for a loan up to $40,000 in the mail on Friday 9/25/15. This morning I went online (9/27/15) using the offer code provided to check my rate. After entering my information I received the following message "Thanks for checking your rate with Best Egg. We have reviewed the information you provided, and unfortunately, we don’t have any offers for you at this time. As a reminder, checking your rate has no impact on your credit score, so we invite you to come back and check in again. Please note that you will receive a letter in the mail that will provide further detail on why we do not have any rates available for you at this time. The letter will include a number to call if you have any questions. We hope to be able to serve you in the future."

My credit rating has not changed in the 2 days since I received this offer.Desired Settlement: A loan as outlined in the pre-approved offer.

About to go for it... Although I am on here doing my research and a bit nervous after reading the reviews. I have already had two not great phone calls with best egg; one I pushed the wrong number and apparently they cant transfer so I had to hang up and recall and then again was told to 'try a different internet browser' rather than help me. But that's the system and the way customers get treated, its sad as a pediatric nurse, mother of two, masters student, with prior military service you still get no good from the world.

Review: This companies loan practices are extremely sketchy. They wanted my personal log in information for my bank account to process a loan. I am not giving a stranger my bank log in information, sorry.

They ask you for documentation to approve your loan, then when they receive it they ask for 15 different versions of the same information. Example, they wanted my W2, so I send them my 2014 tax return, they call me back and tell me they need my employer copy. My employer copy??? What do you think is in the tax return I submitted??

They asked for a Voided check, then call back and tell me they need a page from my bank that has my routing number , a signed bankers signature, and when the account was opened??? ---What??? The Voided check has the routing number, The bank statements have a little box that says the account was open 2 years and 8 months ago, and you can clearly see multiple ACH transactions coming and going out of the account.

This company is extremely shady, I suggest staying away from them. Their staff is poorly trained, and can not answer any questions with any kind of intelligence. You will get 15 different answers from 15 different people.

If you get a per-approval letter for a loan from these people, tear it up quickly and toss it in the trash.Desired Settlement: I want them to stop the shady business dealings. Asking a person for their personal log in information for their bank account is illegal.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

I have not received my funds yet but the web application, the software and the questions I called them on were all quickly and easily answered just be prepared to pay an extremely high interest-rate if you need the money.

Such a load of crap. Just like everyone else I received something in the mail and almost threw it away. I wish I had. I came to the Revdex.com and read through all the reviews and almost decided not to apply because of all the negative reviews. I read a couple positive reviews and thought that my wife and I make good money and have an excellent credit score so I thought I would give it a shot. It came back and we weren't even approved. Stay away from this place. Just go to your local credit union or bank.
