The customer signed a month agreement for monitoring It was changed from a month, these are the only kinds avaialable or years If a customer moves or cancels early for any reason we accept 90% of the contract to term In this case the customer owes $ Again as a courtesy if he pays $by July 8, we will accept that as payment in full In terms of credit, anytime a consumer is alte by more than days with a scheduled payment they run the risk of being reported We report all accounts, good or bad, monthly A consumer may dispute any credit information they feel is incorrect by logging into [redacted] or [redacted] and submitting disputes

We spoke with the client on 1/29/ I informed her that we would need a copy of a credit line showing we are reporting her as derogatory She informed me she would not pay for a credit report to substantiate this that she saw it on [redacted] *** I informed her then that her only recoarse would be to submit a dispute with the bureau and they will contact us to resolve The account itself has been closed for years, there is nothing due and I can find no information indicating a derogatory history

If the customer sends back the equipment that was mailed to her, we will agree to release the customer from the remainder of their agreementWe can email a return label to the customer to the e-mail address we have on file if the customer prefers

The client signed a year agreement in They paid the first payments and then stopped paying There were no calls for service during this time The client owes the balance due and should contact us directly to make payment arrangements

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: the account was cancelled on May The message from the business is vague and did not address the issue that the salesperson stated, "I can cancel my original purchase and attempt to purchase a new unit on May 22"Upon canceling to account, I was told I would not be refunded, which is contradictory to he previous statement above Additionally, the account could not have been cancelled on May as I was out of the state on a field trip with my school until May Again, the message was very vague and did not address any issues Sincerely, [redacted]

[redacted] 's Response is as follows This customer agreement is currently pending cancellation To continue with cancellation there are options of which are to allow one of our technicians to pick up the equipment from the home, purchase the equipment, or mail the equipment back to us free of charge If the customer chooses to have the equipment mailed we will email the customer a shipping label ; As a recent example the customer had an alarm on October 10th and the system proved to be working properly If there are any specific issues with the system that need to be addressed please contact ###-###-#### A representative will assist you if there are any issues that can be solved over the phone or create a service ticket for a technician to arrive to your home
