Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Safehome is completely telling storiesI HAVE replaced my batteries several timesI JUST replaced my batteries AGAIN with lithium batteries, which are some of the best you can buyAlso safehome stated that my image sensors are not under warranty, well when I called in AGAIN ON 3/15/there agent told me that my sensors are covered under a warranty and they will be replaced if neededFinally I received a call on that same day from a man saying he will come out on Saturday of next week to fix my problemMy complaint is still open until my problem is fixedAlso with the lithium batteries the sensors still don't work Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This company did not advise me that I would be locked in to a month contract at the time of sale - simply for monitoringSince commencement, they have subsequently sold my contract to a different companyI am not even "in contract" with the initial company that I supposedly signed withI was never contacted or made aware that my contract was being sold, and would not have approved of suchI have never been contacted by the company for any customer service purpose at allIn my opinion, the used the bait and switch tactic, and were less than forthcoming about how they operateI am not at all pleased with their reluctance to accommodate my wishes, especially after not informing me in advance that my contract would be sold.There has to be a measure of consumer protection hereAnything changes were made without my consent Sincerely, [redacted]

Service is scheduled for 8/to repair the customers system

In a follow up on the complaint filed by [redacted] against Safe Home Security Inc The customer was having issues with their system with one of their door sensors On 12/10, the customer called in upset that the service call was not performed yet Greg, who was working with the customer, was out of the office so he spoke to customer service manager Kamishia She spent nearly two hours on the phone where she assisted in walking him through mounting and programming the sensor Once installed, it was tested ad was working fine The customer still requested a service tech to come do an inspection of the entire system where he called the office on 12/and set service for the following week This complaint should be resolved by next week The charge for the sensor was waived and the customer was issued a credit on their account for the inconvenience For any issues, the customer may contact ###-###-#### Greg ext *** or Kamishia ext ***

[redacted] installed and services this system They are fully licensed in [redacted] The contract is legal binding and valid We are not cancelling this contract based on the reasons provided There is an early cancellation clause in section which the client has every legal right to exercise if the circumstances apply

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: When I submitted my complaint, I was advised by the Revdex.com that the company would respond in writing to the complaint This response does not address the items of my complaintI do not believe that the company is contacting me in good faith When I initially advised them that I would terminate service:They refused to discuss and insisted I had a service agreement In different calls, I was given different lengths of time for this "agreement."They deducted money from my checking account for two months after I notified them that they no longer were authorized to do so.I have been getting calls from this company in an effort to collect money from me and have contacted people listed as emergency contacts on my previous alarm monitoring service.They do not have a signed service agreement from me They have a month to month agreement that I signed with a company that they bought over four years ago.At this point, there is nothing to discuss Either the information I provided in my complaint is accurate or it isn't If it's accurate, they need to correct the derogatory credit info they posted for me Actually they should also compensate me for the additional months of service for which they debited my checking account after I rescinded permission I had to pay my bank a stop payment fee in addition to stop their unauthorized withdrawal from my account.I expect to see a satisfactory written response Next step is the Connecticut Attorney General's office Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have discussed this with the customer care at SHS already: the price is TOO HIGHJust to add wireless to my account, will bring my monthly fee up to 45$I can't imagine what adding the rest of the upgrades will beThe competitor with all of those upgrades is giving me a monthly fee of approx dollars/monthI had discussed, SHS can't match or beat the price and to get all of those upgrades are out of the price rangeThank you, but I do not intend on paying any more than I have to for the same services, and certainly do not wish to give SHS a single cent more than the contractual amountI am eager to not have to deal with SHS once the contract is over, and would like that to happen sooner rather than laterIf this is not a possibility, then I feel that we are done here Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: A renewal letter arrived this summer which we responded by phone telling the company we were not interested in renewing the contractAt no time did the company rep stated that the refusal to renew had to be in writingThey had also telephoned me at home regarding renewal and I stated we did not want to renew for another termMy husband has filed a complaint with the Attorney General office in Maryland against this companyHopefully they will be able to get this company on track so they will stop taking advantage of the elderlyI truly believe it's a scam Sincerely, [redacted]

It was made clear to the customer that it was their responsibility to cancel their agreement and we would waive months of monitoring, attached is the signed waiver from the customer which outlines this agreement The offer stands that if the customer's internet is compatible we will send a tech to fix the doorbell camera If the customer cannot upgrade their internet we will make a second offer to remove the doorbell camera and lower the customer's monitoring rate to $
