.September 6, To whom it may concern: It was brought to our attention that [redacted] has filed a complaint against Safe Home Security IncWe have addressed all of his concerns regarding the services he needs for his alarm security system A technician serviced [redacted] home and corrected his alarm and camera problems Throughout this process, we went on to explaining if he did in fact wanted to cancel his account there would be a buyout fee that’s applicable ; Customer said he will continue to make complaints until he gets his wayWe did offer the customer with credits in his account when he first called us about the services not working properlyWe weren’t able to provide any more credits as we did in fact have a technician ready to service and customer refused all servicesIn addition, [redacted] agreement remains valid due to the fact that we offered to make repairs and offer services and he declined them allThe offer still remains open if the customer changes his mind and allows us to service his home Respectfully, Stephanie L***Customer Service Manager [redacted] ***###-###-#### [redacted] ***

As a courtesy for the years as a customer we have closed the account with no further obligation The credit reporting however was accurate and the customer did not pay or close the account without a back balance If they feel a discrepancy exists the correct procedure is to dispute with the bureaus in question online

SHS does not remove equipment, nor is anything noted in the account, or a service call scheduledIf it was removed, it was not done by SHSThe fact the customer had the system removed, does not negate the contractFurthermore, one of our technicians would not give a "receipt", the service ticket is confirmation of the service performedHowever, if the customer would like to send the receipt, we will be happy to review

The company will release the customer from all contractual obligations with no further billing due

To Whom It May Concern,This customer signed up with one of our dealers in their area in When that agreement was up, the customer signed a new agreement with Safe Home Security directly, as we had acquired the account from our dealerSafe Home Security did not misrepresent ourselves whatsoever as the original company was one of our dealer's in the customer's areaThis customer was explained this in and when they calledThey sent a cancellation letter and a company representative confirmed it was received, and the account would close in September of The customer is in a legally binding monitoring agreement until September of Equipment being installed in the home or not has no bearing on the monitoring agreement that was signedThat agreement was signed for the company to perform monitoring services to the homeWe are still attempting to provide the monitoring servicesThe customer having a new service installed, and not allowing us to perform our duties of monitoring the home does not null and void the monitoring agreementThere is nothing further in regards to this complaintThe account will close upon expiration dateSincerely,Colin W***Corporate Account ManagerSafe Home Security

The contract was purchased and is fully assignable to Safe Home Please see previous response for options available

On March 20, 2015, the customer called in due to a low battery on his systemIt was explained that the customer was eligible to receive a battery at no charge if he signed a renewal term of or monthsThe account was coming up for its renewal in June, and that made him eligible to receive the battery at no charge if he signed an extension for that lengthThe customer stated he would check back with his wife and call us backThe customer did not call us back until JuneThe customer did not inquire about canceling his policy in March, and did not mention a request to stop the service until JuneWe were expecting the customer to call back after speaking with his wifeOffering to waive a battery with a renewal does not invalidate the current terms of the customer's current contractWe are open to replacing the battery at no cost even without the renewal at this point if this will satisfy the customerThe customer did send in a letter of cancelation, and the account will close on 6/11/in accordance with their contract terms

The account was turned over to a third party debt collector in Client must go through [redacted] to resolve

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The only acceptable out come would be to cancel the contract that we didn't want in the first place Yes I did not notify them within the day window which is why we have an automatic one year renewal They have lowered our rate for the one year renewal and they come out to upgrade and thus repair the system Sincerely, [redacted]

The clients signed a contract for months in We have yet to recieve death certificates for either or both parties Once recieved the remainder of the contract will be sent to probate to be reviewed by teh courts for potential payment
