informed our office a refund for the storage charges were refunded back to Ms*** Ms*** also relayed that our Traffic Manager for our Vancouver and Vancouver Island Regional Office stated they have been in contact with Ms*** and advised her we do not have a U-Box delivery warehouse on the Island they moved toDue to any wrong information we may have provided, Ms***’s U-Boxes are being delivered to the Island at no extra expense to Ms*** Ms*** will remove a few items and then we will deliver the boxes back to our warehouse to store until she has a permanent residenceWe will then deliver them at no expense to herThis will be a cost of approximately $1,that U-Haul will coverThe ferry and drive time is a large part of this free delivery for Ms*** Arrangements for the first delivery will be on Monday, December 22nd

information Ms*** provided. Anthony explained he spoke to Ms*** and discussed her concernsHe relayed he reviewed the calls and found Ms*** was told the shipping estimate would be $3,and the total charges with the selected delivery options would be $4,005.70. She was also advised they would not be charged for the reservation but on September 24th would be charged for the monthly rate plus $for truck delivery. Finally, on October 13th, Anthony stated Ms*** was told she’d be charged a $truck delivery fee, which did not match with what Ms*** seems to be scheduled for currently and after review of the contract, he found changes were made to the dates. This would have also changed the rates and Anthony relayed it seems to be the point where Ms*** became confused with what was due. He asked for input from Ashten P*** at that point because Ms*** was not happy with the amount of VIP Certificates he sent her, which was $410.30. Ashten advised our office Ms*** did a load/unload of her boxes and not truck delivery. The rates for the truck delivery to Auburn hub is $75. After asking to speak with someone in charge and being told no, I was told that I would not have to pay for anything over what I would have to pay as if I picked up in my reserved location When we arrived, I was told that I would not have to pay for extra miles but I would be responsible for the extra gas! They, again, were violating the agreement! Not only did I have to go miles out of my way, but they expected me to pay for the extra gas.When one makes a reservation, one expects to have that reservation at the place they made it I can understand if they cannot tell me the time I can get the truck because they do not know if someone will be late However, it they will not have someone scheduled to bring a truck back to the location that I have reserved a vehicle at, then they should either 1) not allow the truck to leave the premises the day before so it will be there the day I have it reserved; or 2) have someone move the truck to the premises where it is reserved It is not my problem that they do not have my reservation I should not have to track down my reservationWell, if that is operating procedure, then, there is a whole lot of advertising and promises going on in that company! It needs to stop!
