On March 31, 2015, Mr*** purchased a PayPower card at a Safeway storeHe filed his taxes and requested that his refund be applied to this cardOn April 6, 2015, Mr***'s tax refund was deposited to this accountOur fraud detection systems flagged this transaction as suspected fraud, so we placed a block on the cardOn April 8, 2015, Mr*** contacted customer service to have the block removedHe was transferred to our Risk department to verify his identityUnfortunately, Mr*** was not able to pass *** identity verification questions
Since we were unable to successfully identify Mr***, we are sending the funds back to the IRSMr*** should contact the IRS regarding this refund

I contacted the irs again today 07/14/No money on my accountIf they can show me proof that irs has my money I *** be okI need hard proof like copy of cancelled check, transaction number, routing numberBlackhawk simply saying it has happened is not acceptableThey have had my since February 19, until 07/14/daysThey still have itWith interest they now owe me 5500.00!
I *** file a complaint to Visa, and United Supermarkets who sold me the card locally with my Revdex.com office here in the morningI file suit on all parties involved on 08/01/I hope to resolve this before then!

Ordered cards for Christmas with custom art work Two of those art items were rejected (which is understandable) Placed the order and paid $for priority shipping I wanted to adjust the other cards with new art work that would meet their guidelines but per customer service I would of had to place a new order and pay the $shipping AGAIN Customer Service was very disrespectful and said that a full refund would take business days Not one did they offer a solution I have never dealt with a company that would rather lose your business than keep it

My problem is the same as many with this siteBuying a card trying to build my SABP only to see it go through and then five minutes later find out it was cancelledThen called customer Service which did nothing for meThey could not even explain what 'security reason' isThey pick and choose their customersThey should be dropped from the siteWhy is it so hard to buy a visa or amex giftcard? Unfortunately, Ms*** appears to have been the victim of identity theftOn September 14, 2015, someone impersonating Ms*** (a fraudster) called our customer service and requested to have her address updatedThe fraudster had already stolen Ms***'s identity, so she was able to provide all the information required to authenticate her over the phoneSince the customer service agent was able to properly authenticate the caller, the agent made the requested change to Ms***'s accountThe fraudster then asked for a replacement card and requested the account balance
On September 23, 2015, a direct deposit posted to Ms***'s accountSince the fraudster had requested the replacement card, the customer was able to check the balance and withdraw funds from this account via an ATMLater that day, Ms*** contacted us to dispute theunauthorized ATM transactions that had posted to her account
On September 23, 2015, we applied a provisional credit to Ms***'s account in the amount of $We expect to resolve this case no later than November 7, We *** notify Ms*** as to the resultsIf the dispute is resolved in her favor, then the credit *** remain permanentAs a courtesy, we have reversed fees in the amount of $on Ms***'s account

Revdex.com, The check that was sent back to the IRS not only took greater than the time quoted of days it did in fact take days, also the company sent a check in the name of me and several other tax payers with similar issues with the companyThis caused the IRS to have a processing delayIf I hadn't of went through all of the steps with the complaint process and filing for a tax payer advocate it is unclear whether or not my money would have ever been found in the paper trailThis is a faulty systemFurthermore, when speaking to the card company on multiple occasions I was given several different dates, none of which were June the first as a check issuance date, therefore, I was misledThrough channels with the IRS and the card company my money was LOST! I feel this is inexcusable! There is nothing more this company can do, however, I do warn anyone else in doing business with PAYPOWER prepaid card servicesThanks for all of your help in dealing with my issue

There is no resolution this company can make to accommodate my hardship that has affected me and my family because of this companies lack of professionalismThis money may or may not ever reach my door step and it has taken me countless hours of research, phone calls, and investigating to get even this close to my refund that I, as a tax payer deserveThis was not a simple dollar loss, this was 9,dollars of federal monies that the company claimed they sent back in APRIL! They closed my case with out sending my money back, and I had to reopen the case and stir up a bee hive of outside investigations in order for them to give my money backThis has been a nightmare as far a business deals are concernedThere is no excuse for their lack of professionalism when dealing with any person's money, no matter the amount, every dollar countsI know there is nothing more this company can do for me, and thank goodness for that

On January 16, 2015, Mr*** received a call from someone (a fraudster) promising him a loan for $He was asked to send $via MoneyGram to a PayPower card in order to obtain the loanHe sent the money at 12:pm (EST)The funds were immediately loaded to the card number provided by Mr***The cardholder withdrew these funds six minutes later
It is unfortunate that Mr*** fell victim to this fraud schemeNevertheless, we played no part in the fraud and
We do not have the money that Mr*** paid to the fraudsterAccordingly, we are unable to provide a refundWe suggest that Mr*** file a police report regarding this matterWe will assist law enforcement agencies in their efforts to apprehend the perpetrators

gift card impossible to use got a $card as a Christmas gift Tried to use entire amount at restaurant The server, then manager came back to say only $was allowed I tried to use the remaining $on the card, which giftcards.com shows as balance, in another restaurant next day Server comes back to tell me charges were declined, yet I see transactions, one for $6.00, the other for $ I paid the entire check with my credit card I call customer service at giftcards.com, they tell me that the restaurant got the $ I say they tell me it was declined, so giftcards.com need to revoke the transaction They tell me they can'tNow i've been through attempts to use the card, but were declined Never, ever use this company, or their gift cards!!!

respect to four Canada PayPower Visa Prepaid CardsBlackhawk's affiliate, Blackhawk Network (Canada) Ltdis the program manager for these cards on behalf of the issuer, All Trans Financial Services Credit Union Ltd
On March 9, 2015, Ms*** purchased four Canada PayPower Visa Prepaid Cards and loaded $to eachUnfortunately, Ms*** purchased the wrong product and was unable to return the cards to the place of purchaseOn March 10, 2015, Ms*** contacted us to request a refund for all four cardsIn order to process a refund, we do require documentation that verifies the purchaserIt generally takes business days for a customer to receive a refund check
On May 6, 2015, Ms*** faxed us the necessary documentationWe processed the refund and issued the check on June 2, We have verified that the check was cashed on June 12, We apologize for any inconvenience or delay that Ms*** may have experienced
