We will schedule the pick up of the customer's merchandise for a refund

We will allow the customer to have credit for the amount that they paid for the sofa and love seat in their home to the store to select something differentThe customer will have weeks to select something differentWhen the new merchandise is delivered the original sofa and love seat will be
picked up at the same time

We have offered the customer full credit for the sectional they purchased so they can pick something different out at our storeWhen the new merchandise that is selected is delivered we will pick up the original sectional at the same time

Attached is a copy of the protection plan which the customer was provided with at purchaseThe document clearly states that rips, tears, and burns are covered on leather onlyThe customer's pieces are microfiber (fabric)The customer was contacted today to offer a refund on their protection plan
as they appear unhappy with what is covered and what is not covered

The merchandise is being returned to the customer on 6/24/

We will offer the customer full credit in the amount they paid for the pieces in their home as we no longer sell these itemsThe customer will be able to use the credit in our store to select something differentWhen the new merchandise is delivered the original merchandise will be removed

The protection plan provided to the customer states that rips and tears are covered in leather onlyThe exclusions portion of the contract also states it does not cover misuse of the covered productThe technician's report states that this is exactly what has occurred with this merchandiseWe
have already returned the amount the customer has paid for the protection plan to them as store creditWe will offer to refund this amount in the fashion they paid instead

Our facility is inspected and exterminated on a regular basis as we are a large furniture companyWe deliver over truck loads of furniture a day and do not have issues with any type of pest in our facility or trucksWe are not responsible for the unfortunate issues the customer is experiencing
with bed bugs

We will replace the end table as a courtesy and will order parts and repair the sofa in our shop also as a courtesyThe amount of the protection plan will remain as store credit for the customer to use as the policy will be cancelled after the table is replaced and the sofa is repaired

there is nothing within your store in which we like or fits our decor! Hence why we purchased this furniture in question

I have proof from Terminex stating the bed bugs were solely in my newly purchased but refurbished headboard this business sold me

I am rejecting this response because:The last response from Ashley is an untruth, I am beginning to see a pattern here.I have inside information that when Caucasians clients from the Horsham, Willow Grove area, etc. have similar issues with their furniture, the furniture is repaired IMMEDIATELY, REPLACED and/or REFUNDED in full. It is because of this knowledge that I am persuing to this extent.The nerve! I really did not expect this type of run around. Treat me like the Caucasians, and refund my money, NOW!The customer is always right, Right?

The merchandise is over a year old and therefore out of the manufacturer's warranty. The customer's merchandise is covered by their protection plan that they purchased which provides for replacement only of the piece is not repairable. The merchandise is being brought to our shop to be repaired. As...

a courtesy we wil contact the customer to move up their shop repair to next week.

The damages (after 5 weeks) could be attributed to any number of things and cannot be solely blamed on our drivers.
