The vendor (Value City Furn DOES NOT NOTE THE AMOUNT "Not give a full refund " equals in dollars and cents.(2) The fact that the Vendor is saying this was a "Special Order IGNORES THE FACT that the salesperson Nicole DID NOT ADVISE US AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE THAT THIS ORDER WAS A "SPECIAL ORDER".(3) The cancellation of subject order was due to the incapacity of the merchants vendor to produce quality merchandise as evidenced by our rejection of the delivery on November 8th from the same manufacturer. (4) Additionally, as well as the instability of merchants (Value City Furn)  vendor ([redacted]) to know the status of their merchandise. This is in regards to an order placed with Value City for living Room Furniture  by the same manufacturer.  Accordingly, we afgain respectfully request full refund of $2,983.85

Good afternoon,      customer sent pictures and shows stain on decking offered a shop repair pick or a reselection because we no longer carry these items, [redacted] will speak to her husband and call me back once they figure out what they want to do.

I did not wait two months and I did purchase a protection plan. The business is not providing accurate information. Please assist as the item came damaged.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  Even though the manager at the store completely lied about when the furniture would be picked up and in fact did not notify the delivery company at all that an item needed to be picked up.  I received a call yesterday from a woman saying she was never informed this was a return.

The contract states that accumulation and neglect are not covered. The technician's report states that the table had an accumulation of scratches throughout and had appeared neglected. We will pick up the table for shop repair as a courtesy to see if we can assist the customer.

I am rejecting this response because: I reported this February 5th when the contractor came out. I did NOT sign a waiver on a...

stature of limitations on when damage was to be reported. I was never informed by my sales rep, management, or customer service reps on a time limit. It took your customer service reps three weeks to get me in contact with the correct department. My manager and her team physically saw the truck drive out and pull out the ceiling tiles and the insulation thus the pictures.

I received the check today, so it is now resolved. Thank you very much for all your help.

I have spoken to the customer regarding this issue as has the store manager of another one of our locations. I have also given the information regarding the customer's unfortunate experience to our general sales manager so that the issue can be addressed with that location.

Good morning,We are picking up the chair for on 9/17/16 a refund because its too big for their room.

I am rejecting this response because: L  THIS WAS A COMPANY RECALL AND SHOULD NOT AFFECT THEIR POLICY                    MY ORIGIONAL FURNITURE WAS RECALLED AND REPLACED WITH A DIFERENT RECLINER THAN WHAT I ORIGIONALY ORDERED.  WHEN THE NEW RECLINER  WAS DELIVERED I WAS TOLD THAT MY PROTECTION PLAN WOULD STILL  BE INFORCE UNTIL THE 5 YEARS WAS UP.   I RECEIVED NO NOTICE TO INDICE DIFFERNT
