This company advertises a "FREE TRIAL" of a teeth whitening product However they fail to mention the fact that there is only an DAY trial period until cancellation is invalid They they charge $promptly after that trial period Also, when called by an associate of this company, I was informed it was a DAY TRIAL period until cancellation was needed Therefore I did not worry about cancelling quite yet until my bank account dropped $overnight!!!!!! Needless to say, I called and attempted to resolve the issue with a less than willing customer service representative He informed me that this was a "legit business" and "no one was being scammed here" He also spoke to me as if I was a complete mn Overall, I believe this company is scamming people and drawing them in just to take their money with misinformation and a lack of honesty!! I believe they should be shut down and ALL people who were scammed out of they money should be REFUNDED!!!!!!!

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I’m writing to let you know I reject BlizzardWhite’s decision.These are the reasons:They sent me in Decthe TRIAL offer of pen for $I received the TRIAL offer and was told not to use it on dentures I called the company 12/to obtain the RMA number to send it back and told them I did not want any more(NEVER USED IT)When my credit card statement came in I questioned the $charge and told them I would not pay it as I NEVER received a day supplyThey in turn told me I had not sent the trial back in timeI counted from the day I received the TRIAL and they said they counted from the day I ordered (Dec.10) That doesn’t make sense, how can you try something you don’t have in your hand??They are claiming now that they sent the day supply the same day as the TRIAL Why would you do that before you even tried product?? I NEVER RECEIVED THE DAY SUPPLY!!We’ve had an awful winter here in the Northeast and sometimes our mail was held up.Unfortunately my credit card company advised me to pay the whole bill so my credit would not be ruined and then they would dispute chargeI never should have paid it and disputed it then.I feel this company is running a scam, their so called polices are at the least quite questionable!! They are based in Nevada, but follow the laws of Arizona??Would you please help to resolve this situation so I can get my $back.Please let me know if I have to send all the papers I have re: this case?
