This company advertises a "FREE TRIAL" of a teeth whitening product. However they fail to mention the fact that there is only an 8 DAY trial period until cancellation is invalid. They they charge $94.13 promptly after that trial period. Also, when called by an associate of this company, I was informed it was a 30 DAY TRIAL period until cancellation was needed. Therefore I did not worry about cancelling quite yet until my bank account dropped $94 overnight!!!!!!
Needless to say, I called and attempted to resolve the issue with a less than willing customer service representative. He informed me that this was a "legit business" and "no one was being scammed here". He also spoke to me as if I was a complete mn.
Overall, I believe this company is scamming people and drawing them in just to take their money with misinformation and a lack of honesty!!
I believe they should be shut down and ALL people who were scammed out of they money should be REFUNDED!!!!!!!

I did not in fact order this item as I never clicked on "confirm" and I was charged anyway! Why do you have this step if you don't honor it? I truly believe this is fraudulent! I want my money back for this company "Blizzard White" to destroy any and all of my personal information and cc number from all systems! I DID NOT ultimately order this product and I feel conned into it, which I truly believe you all know that! I'm sure it is part of your ploy to sucker consumers to buy your product! Why can't I be refunded my money? Wouldn't it make for a good business process? Are you afraid everyone will do the same? If your system process is so safe, good and secure then you should have nothing to worry about. This is just not right! After all it's only $4.90! I did return the package as soon as I received it! Thank you for your consideration. [redacted]

by the way, the woman I spoke to tried desperately to get me to keep this $94 product all the way down to $9.99! Wow! What does that say???

Ms. [redacted],
We recently received your complaint from the Revdex.com regarding
your Blizzard White account. We take complaints very seriously and we hope this
response will provide you with additional information. According to our
records, we received...

your order on June 21, 2014.
The terms of the offer that you agreed to at the time of your order clearly
state that you were to have a one week trial period starting from the date of
your order processing in which you could cancel your account to avoid further
charges.  They also indicate that “you
must take affirmative action to avoid further charges or you will be charged in
the amount of $94.31 eight days from the date of your order processing for the
product.”
These terms were presented to you in multiple places on our website when you
ordered our product. Additionally, you were sent an order confirmation email
after your order was completed that provided a full written version of the
terms you agreed to.
When you ordered the product you also checked a box indicating that you had
read and agreed to the terms of the offer. When a customer checks that box we
must assume that they have actually done what they are stating they did. If
there was any confusion with the terms you could have called our customer
service team and they would have been happy to assist you.
Since we did not hear from you during your trial period, you were charged $94.31
on June 29, 2014. The first time we received notification that you wanted to
cancel your account was on July 1, 2014 after you had already been charged.
I apologize, but you are not
eligible for a return or refund as your trial period expired prior to your
cancelation request. However, in an effort to maintain our standard for
customer satisfaction I have issued you the following return instructions so
you may return your shipment for a refund.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I didn't receive the response from Blizzard White until 8/18/2014 which is after the due date of 8/15/2014 for the product to be returned. I would like to have an extension and will mail the items back in tomorrow's mail.
Regards,
